The US Supreme Court on Friday ruled in a 6-3 decision in the DEPARTMENT OF STATE v. MUNOZ that the US is not required to admit immigrant spouses of American citizens in a case involving an MS-13 gang member.
In the Department of State v Munoz opinion the Court ruled that “a citizen does not have a fundamental liberty interest in her noncitizen spouse being admitted to the country.”

Curiously, just three days ago, Joe Biden issued a bizarrely specific Executive Order related to immigrant spouses of American citizens.
“The Biden administration on Tuesday announced an executive action allowing certain undocumented spouses and children of US citizens to apply for lawful permanent residency without leaving the country – a sweeping election-year move that could offer deportation protections to hundreds of thousands of people.” CNN reported this week

It took me 2.5 years to get my Thai Wife a green card once she got a tourist visa. All told I spent well over $15K over a 12 year period to get her permission to visit and live and in the USA. She was not only a spouse to US Citizen and Veteran, she was also a mother to a US Citizen.

My heart breaks, but I’m afraid you’re absolutely right. There is no saving grace not even if Trump gets into office. They will make his life and the conservatives miserable. And we’re not even talking about the rats winning both the house and Senate. I don’t think the Republicans have a hell of a chance to regain both houses. They are despised to the core by both the base and independents . There is no silver lining if you really think about it. By the time Trump gets in office if he wins, our nation will be totally destroyed by the rats , China would have already taken over Taiwan Russia would have a military base in Cuba our currency will be worthless etc. etc. and if you think I am mad or a Debbie downer, just listen to Victor Hansen about the illegal immigration and the downfall of our great country. Leaking information about a Supreme Court decision isn’t a crime. That’s why the FBI didn’t get involved in investigating the last one a couple of years ago.

I facilitated immigrants I supervised back in the day who were usually mater degree holders in engineering trades. It took them years and years just to get a green card. They went through all the hoops, paid all the fees, had medical checkups, and kept their nose clean. I always told the, they just need to get a ride down to Mexico, change your name to Jorge, and walk right in. Crime pays.
And I ask why would an illegal want to be a citizen? They have enormous political power. They already vote. They don’t have to pay taxes. They can’t be drafted. They don’t serve on jury. They get free medical care, food, education, and housing. They are treated way better than citizens.
