Many heads are destined to explode when the Supreme Court hands down its decision on President Trump's immunity. Of course, presidents have immunity for their official acts although liberals have been pretending that they (or at least for Trump only) have zero immunity. Therefore any trial (such as the J6 trial) will have to determine in advance how much of their cases involves official immunity which means months more of delay. The practical effect will be to delay the trials past Election Day which destroys the whole purpose of Lawfare.
Among the numerous head explosions will be those of CNN's legal analyst Norm Eisen and George Conway best known as a Lincoln Project. Of the two I expect the best head explosion display from George Conway because Eisen seems to already anticipating a sad (for him) SC decision. Conway, OTOH seems completely oblivious to what will soon be happening since he seems to be sure that the Supreme Court will rule for ZERO Trump immunity. The result should be a epic head explosion from Conway of Tsar Bomba proportions.

Do you know how I am certain the SC is going to hand down immunity to Trump? Because in the last 24 hours they have erected 10-foot fencing, razor wire, and other defensive measures around the Court building. They know the unhinged left is going to riot and pillage when this comes out.
Have we gotten any confirmation about the fences that were supposedly being installed around the court?

Multiple posts on X showing fencing and stating fencing went up. However, following your inquiry, I did check other sites saying no fencing has been erected around the SC building. So thanks for asking.

It is only the President who has no protection for their behavior in the elected office?
Is "good behavior" for the Justices limited only to when they are on the bench hearing oral arguments or when they release their rulings?
Is "going to and returning from" Congress an official act of Congress?
So why are enemies of President Trump arguing that the President has no immunities for himself, or that they are so limited in scope to be narrower than even members of Congress and the Supreme Court enjoy?

There is waist high bicycle fencing around the Supreme Court that wouldn’t keep anything larger than a Chihuahua out. They don’t need fencing. The govt sector of Washington DC is a ghost town. There’s nobody there except a few tourists wandering around. Most of the buildings are empty.
