This is Fulton County, why would anyone think this could be unusual or improper ?
Take out the location names, and this all sounds like a story from the 3rd world.
Maybe the lawyer should have said, “Why, I was notified of the ex parte meeting by YOU, your honor, in the disclosure you are required to give.... Right, Your Honor?”
You are going to get a contempt charge for that post.
I recommend that folks subscribe to his "Inside the Law" youtube channel and watch his podcasts to stay abreast of these cases. I watch them daily.
Who was it who said, “No, I am not trying to show contempt for the court, I am desperately trying to hide my contempt for the court”?
My sentiments exactly.
Was the judge named Glanville or Granville?
IIRC, there was an old Cheyenne episode that had similar dialogue.

The Judge then instructs Cheyenne to hand over his twenty dollars. Cheyenne throws the money down in front of the Judge. “Are you trying to show contempt for this court?” demands the Judge. “I’m trying to hide it,”

Thanks. At this point how can anybody NOT have contempt for all these kangaroo courts?
It seems to me that the judge in this case may even have called this illegal ex parte meeting for the purpose of tampering with and/or intimidating the witness - specifically threatening him if he didn’t stop pleading the 5th.
If so, then that makes it even worse. The prosecutor could easily have conveyed the consequences if the witness reneged on his plea deal so why have this ex parte meeting with the judge?
All of that information needs to be made available to the defense attorney. By the time this is done this judge should be off the case and disbarred. IMHO.
The judge is furiously trying to cover his ass. He should be disbarred and removed. Ex parte meetings should only be for scheduling, not witness intimidation.
The Left grows desperate...
Another RICO trial? Is that all that Fani Willis knows how to do?

So...
It doesn’t matter if an illegal meeting took place...
We just wanna know who blew the whistle?
Judge, prosecutors and witnesses... In handcuffs and frogmarched out..
Phil Holloway just said he has it on pretty good authority that the process to deal with Judge Glanville may have already started.
I’ve been watching Holloway since day 1, and on Megyn Kelly prior to that.
He is good.
