A furious father filmed as he spoke with a Bend, Oregon, police officer about an incident where the dad said a nude man walked onto his property and tried interacting with the resident’s two-year-old son.
The man asked the cop to verify on camera that law enforcement could take no action against a “completely bare naked” man talking to a baby.
The officer confirmed that public nudity, even in front of children, is legal in Oregon and said the only thing he could charge the suspect with is trespassing for allegedly entering the man’s yard to talk with the boy.
Speaking to the camera, the man said, “So, a naked person came up onto my property here, approached my two-year-old kid completely naked. I ran over to him and covered his eyes so he wouldn’t see.”
“At what point did this become a normal and acceptable thing to do? The cops will literally do nothing about it,” he added.
The video highlights how Blue cities and states are destroying America and allowing criminality to run rampant.
A quick reading of the law seems to confirm with the LEO said. I’m sure glad I don’t live there.
Don’t blame the cops. They are just the public face of the law-enforcement system.
They probably sympathize, but if they arrested the perv, the DA would immediately release him, maybe even with a warning to them via the Chief of Police not to arrest such freaks again or there will be consequences to their career.

so then...if naked man shows up at cop’s house and tries to “interact” with his 2 y.o. son, is it a hands on or hands off situation for the cop? oh...forgot it’s Oregon. cop will probably watch, record and post it on tic tic.

I can see allowing for nudity in adult venues such as strip clubs, secluded beaches, etc., which are public but not walking-down-the-streets-naked public. It’s a particularly twisted person who does that, and any decent person knows that. Since decency is rare among lawmakers, and leftist lawmakers have the added trait of not caring how destructive their policies might be, I would have to agree with you that it was intentional.
My Sister-in-law told me of a similar thing happening in 1940 Dallas TX. Her dad and his Masonic buddies put the pervert in the hospital. He left town soon after.
If that was my child, I would have assumed that the naked man had plans of sexually abusing my child, and he probably did.
This father would have been completely justified in punching out the pervert.

It turns out it was a woman, not a man. The police have released their body cam footage and the witnesses all say it was a woman. One guy said her vagina was exposed and her “High beams.”
He's not a "journalist." He's just a father who reported some humanoid exposing their junk to his son in his own yard and recorded the police response.
