My BLUF:

I had the privilege of attending the premiere of Season FOUR - well at least the first 3 episodes of season 4

I also had the privilege of seeing all 8 episodes in theaters more than once

That said, many fans rely on the FREE worldwide release of The Chosen TV series on their app or on various platforms - seasons 1-3 are widely available for free on many platforms. However there is a pending “legal issue” that is preventing or at least delaying the full release of season FOUR on the various streaming platforms - Little is known about the specifics of the litigation outside of “Angel Studios vs The Chosen”

The scene that really bothers me was that Jesus had to study to give the Sermon on the Mount. Jesus was God.
John 1:1, In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him;

No study needed. Jesus is God. I pray the world would Read the Bible and not watch this movie.

The Chosen is a great work, it will never contradict the Bible. It makes the Bible come to life for many.
Dallas needs to make sure that no more videos come out with this yahoo wearing a small rainbow patch on his back.
It would be good if they could have workplace rules of no displays of anything like this. I DO NOT think that Dallas is somehow secretly promoting some homosexual agenda by doing this, but it needs to go.
The lawsuit seems to indicate that The Chosen team didn’t do enough legal homework when they started .
Guessing he was looking for an independent way to get this produced, they just didn’t think through what would happen if it got big. I will make sure to delete the Angel app from my phone since they have turned out to be snakes .

If you want to know about God read the Bible. If you want to hear God’s voice read the Bible out loud. The “Jesus” in The Chosen is not the God of the Bible.

In a home Bible study recently and in the midst of serious discussion, one participant commented; “I saw on the chosen...” and made her point based on the teevee show.

The room fell silent in dismay.

The chosen isn’t God’s Word, it’s the world’s spin on the Word, for entertainment purposes, with embellishment, adding TO and sobtracting FROM God’s Word, yet there are luke warm believers who rely on it for truth.

A sad commentary on the the stae of the ecclesia in today’s world.

God works in mysterious ways...

His mysterious way brought me to the Chosen, I watched and loved the first 3 seasons, and I am certain that it brought me closer to Him.

I understand it's JUST a television show, there are things I disagree with the show, but the positive impact it had on me was undeniable.

I have and read my Bible, I pray daily and throughout each day I stop myself and thank God for what He has given me and He has given me so much.

I try very hard to leave judgement to God, I fail on occasion, but I try again. I try not to sin, I fail, I repent and I move forward in His Grace. I'm not perfect and I don't expect anyone who works on The Chosen is either but that's not up for me to decide, I get to decide if the messages they send out are for me, the backstage stuff I have no use for, the actors are just people, imperfect people but so am I.

Despite all the imperfections a postive message has leaked out to me.

Yeah, that was questionable.

But, as the story line went in that episode, doing so was helpful to Matthew—bribging him along in terms of his skills for verbal expression.

Kind of a “head-fake” rather than a real insult directed towards Christ’s divinity (never ceasing to be God).
