There was no need to perform a pre-dawn raid of Malinowski's home, and zero reason to cover up Maninowski's Ring camera with tape so we couldn't see who was involved in this unnecessary and criminally negligent raid.

Neighbor's Nest video showing the ATF parade of vehicles at 6 am:

ATF covering up Maninowski's doorbell camera prior to the no-knock invasion:

That right there is criminal intent. Hope those ATF guys all eat a bullet.

"ATF has never learned from its mistakes."

Why would anyone assume this was a mistake...?

The Democrat Party Organized Crime Syndicate using their taxpayer funded goons to show us that they can murder us.

Any law abiding person left of Stalin.

People don’t hide what they are doing if they are doing nothing wrong.

It’s only when people are doing something wrong that they hide it.

Covering the camera with tape is pretty incriminating.

Wait!

Was that a knock on my door...?????

Sons of the ATF liberty folks from Ruby Ridge and Waco.

All they had to do was show cause in a letter or peaceful in-person interview WHY they believed he was in the business of selling firearms like an FFL but didn’t have one.

If it is legal to sell guns privately at a gun show, then they should have proved their contention before murdering the man.

Just like RR and WACO, the ATF had multiple opportunities to act nonviolently. But they chose not to. Murderers. Lon Horiuchi would be proud of them.

This alone should be grounds for impeachment of the President. I’m deadly serious. This is capital punishment on the basis of probable cause without a trial, straight out of Stalinist Russia.

Much better would be that these ATF agents are justly tried, convicted, and sentenced for 1st degree murder. The trial court transcript should serve as precedent for any future ATF or other Deep State assassinations of U.S. citizens

The ATF didn't perform a 10 vehicle no-knock pre-dawn raid because Malinowski was dangerous, they did it (just like Waco and Ruby Ridge) to SEND A MESSAGE TO OTHERS.

Yes. Warnings to law-abiding Americans coupled with the goose-stepping stooge mentality of a leftist government lackey.

This was a killing waiting to happen. Why so wreckless when it was a paperwork issue?

They should all be charged with premeditated murder and that includes the a judge who signed the warrant.

I believe what the ATF did here was wrong.

But: Is “metmom” your real name? If not, what are you doing wrong that you need to hide by not using your real name?

You probably don’t need to know what I’m doing and I may hide it from you to keep you out of my business.

Every last one of these “brave” ATF agents need their names and pictures posted. This was premeditated murder. Covering a ring camera shows intent.

It is far more likely Malinowski believed he was defending himself and his wife from armed home invaders.

As a known person who possessed firearms, that belief is completely understandable.

the FBI arrested Peter Navarro boarding a plane, handcuffed him and shackled, probably, too.
These creeps ADMITTED they wanted this arrest to be made dramatic.
In recounting the event Navarro stated he was willing to go into their office prior to this esp since he lived so very nearby . they never called him in.
Something has to change we are far down the tubes.

Coming to a porch near you!

Thanks to our government, but special thanks to our worthless Congress, the government should be dissolved, dismembered and a benevolent dictator installed. After almost 250 years the Republic has failed completely and miserably; reduced to being a grifter nation!

Officer safety comes first. They kill a guy because he might need to buy a $200 FFL license to continue to sell guns on weekends. They couldn’t just call the guy to the office and talk to him. Instead they kick in his door in the middle of the night causing him to think he was being robbed. I think they did that on purpose and that makes it murder. I have many law enforcement people in my family but they are the only blue I back.
