There’s not one single thing in any Dollar Tree worth 7 bucks.
They should have the Dollar Tree index to measure inflation.
Seven Dollar Tree.
It does seem kind of shortsighted to name your store after a certain amount of money if you plan to stay in business for many years. Even without crazy inflation like we have now, at some point you won’t be able to buy much for a dollar anymore. It’s kind of like penny candy. It does not exist anymore.
During a layoff, some years ago, they were a real benefit, to me. Even after full employment, I continued to shop there.
Along with the increase to $1.25, they also scaled a lot of portions back by 1/3. This resulted in a price increase of about 100% on some items.
But hey, no more mean tweets . . . ( /s )
I’ll have to drop by there next time I stay at a Motel 6.
So, $7 Tree. 🙄
Hey, a “1” kind of looks like a “7”, especially in AAVE.
I love Dollar Tree. You have to go frequently to find new stock. I just loaded up on tuna and a while back they had “Hot” pickles from Van Houton. I didn’t realize they had added $5 items and for Easter candy I bought, what I thought, was a 1.25 bag of candy.
This is to commemorate the new $7 bill with Biden’s face on it. It’s worth a buck.
And the saps are still willing to vote for this POS,FJB, bionomics walking bones disaster!
Not sure there’s ANYTHING at DollarTree that I’d pay 7 dollars for
Just get ahead of the curve and rename the store “Ten Dollar Tree” and be done with it. Bidenflation will get you there soon enough.
Change the name. “DOLLAR’ Tree” is misleading.
It should be ‘Million Dollar Tree”.
Our Dollar Tree is closing. One of the 1000 that didnt pull its million dollar a year goal. Everything has been marked down to 1/2 price for liquidation.
They should change their name to Tree Fiddy Tree
