The judge set the world record for falsely valuing real estate, when he wildly claimed that Mar a Lago was worth $18million.

Just the parking lot would sell for ten times that.

The only problem with Trump transferring properties is that the transfer would be subject to Gift Tax, which is a flat 40% on the entire amount after about $21 million.

This entire case is absurd, let alone the ruling. I want everyone involved in persecuting Trump to be disbarred.

Further ... What makes anyone assume the appeals judge will take this case up without stretching out the timeline as much as possible, then do everything to drag the appeals process past the election before ruling (guilty of course) before it could go to the USSC?
