His crazy ruling now heads to the appeals court to be dismissed.
The judge set the world record for falsely valuing real estate, when he wildly claimed that Mar a Lago was worth $18million.
Just the parking lot would sell for ten times that.

What makes anyone assume the appeals judge will be any less anti Trump?

Do you really have faith they will dismiss it? I don’t the branch is broken I will never ever trust the judicial branch again . They have broken their promise to abide by the law and the constitution. They are no longer law, abiding judges and lawyers but communist Marxist POS bastards! Also, we need a list of every member who is a part of lawfare … American citizens, have the right to know the names or members of this demonic piece of hell lawfare!!

His businesses were not dissolved by the ruling.
Newsweek reported Trump’s businesses could be saved by his other family members......wife Melania Trump or eldest daughter Ivanka, who also holds an executive title at The Trump Organization.
Legal experts previously assessed that the former president would be able to hold on to his properties even if barred from conducting business by transferring his company to his family members not included in James’ case.
“He could have a company that is owned by Ivanka, or other members of his family,” New York University law professor Marcel Kahan told the Washington Post in October after Engoron’s preliminary ruling that found Trump and his sons liable for fraud.
“Melania and Ivanka are not subject to this order.”
These outlandish penalties are proof positive that these political operatives are purely out for vindictive destruction, not justice.
