Tucker Carlson announced on Twitter that he will be interviewing Vladimir Putin. It will be posted on Twitter.
Carlson explained why: “Here’s why we’re doing it. First, because it is our job. We’re in journalism. Our duty is to inform people.”
He went on for another four minutes but in 20 words, he gave the only explanation that matters. I wish he would drop the imperial first-person.
Among the many replies, Ian Miles Cheong said, “Massive credit to Elon Musk for allowing the video to be posted uncensored. It'll surely be banned elsewhere.”
Alex Barnicoat tweeted, “Tucker Carlson is about to save us from World War 3 with Russia. The West needs to hear the other side of the story.”
Preventing World War 3? This is why they hate him and why they hate Trump. These idiots want another world war and they really don’t care if America loses.
All evidence points to their desire to lose so they can set up a totalitarian government. The traitors in Washington have emasculated the military and literally cut the balls off generals. They opened the border to allow our enemies in. The traitors welcome Muslim terrorists and Chinese spies. The traitors depleted our military supplies by giving them away to Afghanistan and Ukraine.

The American people have a right to hear Putin’s side of the story. As a free people, they can choose whether to believe it.

The truth is just more propaganda competing with all the other propoganda. What matters is the dominance of the propoganda supporting the official narrative. Do you want Putin’s narrative to prevail even if or just because it’s aligned with what you think is the truth. You clearly can’t handle the truth. There are lot’s of truths. Facts supporting a false narrative should not prevail over falsehoods that support a true narrative - not in a true democracy anyway.

I agree with one of the two memes you posted.
The one displaying Bush, Obama, Trump, Biden vs Putin is an accurate meme. Indeed there was no war when Trump was President.
Because Trump was the only one who started massive sanctions on Russia, Trump shipped massive amounts of high tech US military gear to Ukraine to help it defend itself against potential Russian threats. We now know that it saved Ukraine from complete invasion by Russia. Trump also expelled 60 Russian diplomats. He leveled a Russian-Syrian military base with 59 Tomahawks (making Tucker criticize Trump like crazy on his Tucker Show). Trump also ordered the annihilation of 300 Russian Wagner Troops in a 3 hour battle in Syria.
Trump did about 30 other profoundly anti-russian policy moves...
So yeah.. no wonder Putin didn’t start any wars during the Trump presidency!! He was afraid to death about Trump.

Your second meme is misleading though. It shows other journalists interviewing Putin and its being considered as journalism, while it’s being considered “treasonous” when Tucker does the interview.
The thing is, the other journalists were interviewing Putin at a time when there were no international sanctions preventing them from doing interviews with Putin. Putin had not launched a general invasion of Ukraine (an ally to America) at that time. In those days Russia wasn’t proactively allied with North Korea and Iran-hamas. The situation was COMPLETELY different.
The problem this time is that Tucker did something that goes against the international sanctions put in place against Russia for its warmongering behaviour, it is therefore considered as illegal what Tucker did. Maybe that’s why many consider Tucker’s interview as “treasonous”.
