This is no doubt going to be a boon to the city.
Tourists love this kind of vibrancy.
Families take a look at these scenes, and it gives them fond memories they’ll cherish for the rest of their lives.

Where’s the story? I see little more than a headline. No who, what, where, when, how, or why....
Then I have a Constitutional Right to carry in public places.
What city might that be?
Really? Would it be so hard to add “BC, Canada”?
So it sets no legal precedent for the USA.
“ Then I have a Constitutional Right to carry in public places.”
Drugs are weapons that kill people. I submit that drugs are more lethal than firearms.

Unfortunately, that’s typical of the “Citizen Watch” website. Little content. Lots of ads. I’m being to wonder if we’re targets of clickbait. To each his own, but I’ll be skipping over future posts from there.
At best they’re superficial.
Certainly a protected right Constitutionally, as opposed to doing drugs on public property.
What? That “Judge” is a dangerous joke!
Sometimes, a man trained in The Law to see both sides of an argument begins to forget the potential collateral damage of his choices. Just b/c something is currently legal, due to an open loophole, does not automatically make it the right thing to do. Do not forget, Your Honor, there really IS such a reality as ‘Right & Wrong”. Every society has their definition. And he has to know the western definition, when it comes to criminal behavior being done around children.
It’s in Canada.
Click bait

Proud parents at a play ground:
Mom 1: “Look at that guy next to your 5 year old - man, can he ever shoot up!”
Mom 2: “Did you tell your daughter to stay away from the bushes?”
If it’s a real story the ‘judge’ is a democrat who got his job based on the democrat KKK: Kolor, Kink,and/or Kin (NEPO baby)
Well, let’s put this into the category of : “If life gives you lemons, make lemonade.” Consider it an opportunity for an object, learning lesson.
Mom sitting there with little Timmie. “Oh, Timmie, look over there. See that bum injecting himself with something? See him slump over? Now roll onto the ground? He is now dead. Like your grandfather last year — remember the funeral? Well, this is what drug use will do to you. (No, your grandfather did not use drugs.) The point is that when your cousin Ronald says drugs are OK ‘since grass is harmless’, remember this.”
BTWay, I have absolutely no sympathy for dangerous drug use. And, with fentanyl poisoning most all drugs now, that is pretty much all of ‘em.
I’m confused...
Is British Columbia (BC) a town, too?
What next. meth labs.
