What? That “Judge” is a dangerous joke!
Sometimes, a man trained in The Law to see both sides of an argument begins to forget the potential collateral damage of his choices. Just b/c something is currently legal, due to an open loophole, does not automatically make it the right thing to do. Do not forget, Your Honor, there really IS such a reality as ‘Right & Wrong”. Every society has their definition. And he has to know the western definition, when it comes to criminal behavior being done around children.
Judge ain’t stupid, just following through. If coke use is legal just like drinking Coke well, then it should be okay any place Coca Cola is okay.
