New York Attorney General Letitia James has increased the amount that Donald Trump and his company should pay in the civil case to $370 million, which is up from the prior $250 million.
The increase was contained in a brief filed on Friday in Manhattan amid the months-long trial, for which closing arguments are scheduled for January 11.
And just like she jumped the shark. All loans were repaid with interest. She cannot possibly substanciate this silly number or any number😂
Deep State is telegraphing who terrifies them while sending a message to anyone who would defy them.

Sounds like the IRS should have been in charge of this phony “trial”, since they’re the fed agency most experienced in extorting money from people “just because.”
This lady is certifiably insane! Also, this is a money-swindle to penalize Trump and to benefit only NY and not anyone who was harmed (Narrator: No one was harmed).
The Courts need to stop this deliberate persecution and prosecution of a political opponent. James needs to be disbarred, jailed, and forced to repay Trump for his time, trouble, attorney’s fees, and any expenses incurred.
What’s wrong with her, she should sue for 350 BILLION, so the state can get out of the debt hole it dug with all the wasteful spending.

What is the recourse in NY for malicious prosecution? Trump should file a civil case using her own videos and statements when she was campaigning in indicting him and have a judge throw it out just for the publicity.
Would LOVE to see someone file a class action lawsuit against Ms. James personally. She’s executing a previously publicly communicated personal vendetta, abusing her position in a frivolous lawsuit, and potentially disenfranchising voters by harming our preferred candidate.
Willing to bet there’s tens of thousands of Americans willing to chip in on the legal fees.
I would consider a legal brief that in its entirety reads:
