And where does she suggest this absurd payment should go? It can’t be payment for damages, because there are no plaintiffs and no one was damaged. I guess it’s just a typical “because we want it” payment to the government? It'll probably end up lining her own pockets.

There is no recourse for Trump in New York. Any case involving him or any of his businesses will be assigned to a reliable judge who can be expected to do as told.
