For those that don’t know FISA 702 allows the FBI and other agencies warrantless access to your messages, calls, emails, etc… they want to expand it to force your internet providers, a coffee shop with a router, and any medium your data would go through to be accessible without a warrant.

FISA is great for .gov and is horrible for everyone else.

Unfortunately it is .gov that gets to make the call—if they wanted your opinion they would ask you for it.

The Biden WH....citing “privacy loopholes”.....has been trampling our Fourth Amendment rights:
<><>Biden is paying AT&T for surveillance w/ our tax dollars
<><>Biden’s fed/state/local l/e apparatus gets warrant-less access to private phone conversations
<><>Biden gets phone records of Americans who are not even suspected of a crime.

Biden goes way beyond the NSA’s official metadata collection program.

Initiated by Obama, this secret dragnet surveillance program (formerly known as Hemisphere and now dubbed Data Analytical Services) uses its association with the White House to sidestep a vast array of privacy and transparency laws.Biden’s “mass surveillance” is one of the major keys globalists rely on to enforce its current and future mandates.

NOTE: This is not unlike the level of surveillance
conducted in the Soviet Union and E. Germany in years past.

Once again, the govt is aligning itself against we, the people, in order
to carry out spying and other rights violations against US citizens.

HAPPENING NOW-—A bipartisan group of senators is quietly trying to renew Section 702 of FISA for 12 more years by slipping it into a “must-pass” defense bill.... the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA)..... which is set to expire on Dec 31.

REFERENCE-—Section 702 is a key provision of the FISA Amendments Act of 2008 that permits the government to conduct targeted surveillance of foreign persons located outside the United States, with the compelled assistance of electronic communication service providers, to acquire foreign intelligence information.

call Congress NOW

MESSAGE-—DO NOT renew 702. Let it expire December 31st, PERIOD. It expires if they do nothing, which is exactly what they need to do.

702 is the most abused section of The Patriot Act (*spit*), allowing the secret spy court (FISA) to allow unlimited spying on anyone the DOJ (FBI) wants without telling anyone. They created giant databases of everything electronic on everyone, and individual agents can go into them and track ex-wives, their neighbors, Presidents (Trump), their families, friends, anyone.

The whole Russia Colusion Hoax was so they could spy on Trump, using 702.

Call them now!

(202) 224-3121

Tell them your state and zip, they’ll connect you.

If the current Netflix movie about him is accurate, I would tend to accept the opinion of Edward Snowden.

(I am sorry to have to say that)

The FBI’s not trustworthy... they need less power - not more.

We watched FISA used by a weaponized DOJ and FBI to usurp a duly elected president of the United States.THis was fascism in action.

HELL NO! FISA got to GO!

DO NOT REAUTHORIZE.

Let the states do the work the feds cannot do because of their refusal to follow the the 4th amendment.

Biden’ spying is not unlike the level of surveillance
conducted in the Soviet Union and E. Germany in years past

Initiated by Obama, this secret dragnet surveillance program (formerly known as Hemisphere and now dubbed Data Analytical Services) uses its association with the White House to sidestep a vast array of privacy and transparency laws.

The Obama/Biden construct, however, is light-years more invasive and broad based than that conducted in the Soviet Union and E. Germany.

“Those 46 people should be monitored 24/7/365.”

Yep, let the people have their complete unfettered transparency in return.

“(I am sorry to have to say that)”

Don’t be... The government was criminally wrong and Snowden was righteous.

We the People... Back when that phrase was created it meant something. The people were stronger, wiser and had a pair.. The politician knew who was boss, and who was employee. But nowadays the government does whatever it wants, to whoever it wants to do it to.

Land of the free, home of the brave.. Apparently just another obsolete phrase. Just as obsolete as the constitution itself..... Pity. :(
