For the past 91 years California governors have taken part in the annual Christmas tree lighting on the grounds of the state capitol in Sacramento. But this year Gov. Gavin Newsom ended the tradition.
The Democrat executive surrendered to pro-Palestinian activists who threatened to disrupt the ceremony.

Pride Event: “We cannot allow fear and Hate to determine whether we gather together to celebrate”
The Democrats may make him their candidate in 2024, so in 2025 (assuming they steal the election again), we can have a President who can’t stand up to a handful of demonstrators but is supposed to stand up to Russia, China, Iran and North Korea.

So much for any political ambitions for Newsom, PeLOUSY’s nephew. He’s just flushed it down the toilet

Define threatened to disrupt. Credible evidence?
Bombings and gunfire? Then I agree with the governor. Children are often a large part of Christmas celebrations.
Chants and signs? Beef up the police presence. Have a celebration. Sing Christmas songs and light the tree.
Don’t put newsom and back door in same sentence.
They should have the tree lighting with a big sign: come and take it.
