The presidents of three prominent universities dropped an antisemetic bombshell Tuesday on Capitol Hill.
Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) asked the presidents of Harvard, MIT and the University of Pennsylvania whether calls for the genocide of jews would violate their codes of conduct. The answer stunned the nation.
“It is a context-dependent decision,” Penn President Liz Magill replied.
Stefanik was dumbfounded.
“Calling for the genocide of Jews is dependent on the context? That is not bullying or harassment? This is the easiest question to answer ‘yes,’ Ms. Magill,” the congresswoman said.
Harvard President Claudine Gay said, “When speech crosses into conduct, we take action.” MIT President Sally Kornbluth said that such language would only be “investigated as harassment if pervasive and severe.”
Earlier in the day House Republicans hosted a number of Jewish students who gave first-hand accounts of how they have been harassed and bullied on campus by pro-Hamas terrorist sympathizers.
“Multiple times a week on my way to class, I walk by mobs of people chanting ‘from the river to the sea’… I talk to my Jewish friends on campus every day,” Harvard student Jonathan Frieden said. “They tell me how afraid they are to go to class.”
“President Gay’s willingness to call chants of ‘Intifada’ and other hateful antisemitic speech ‘abhorrent’ is reassuring, but the next step is action. When students are saying ‘from the river to the sea Palestine will be Arab’ and clearly calling for violence against Jewish communities – and even interrupting classes to do so – we need to hear Harvard clearly state how it will discipline those who are voicing these hateful views,” another student, Charlie Covit, an activist for the Israel on Campus Coalition, said in a statement to Fox News Digital.
Billionaire Bill Ackman, a Harvard alum, is calling on all three university presidents to resign.
“They must all resign in disgrace. If a CEO of one of our companies gave a similar answer, he or she would be toast within the hour,” Ackman said on X. “The answers they gave reflect the profound moral bankruptcy of Presidents Gay, Magill and Kornbluth.”
“Throughout the hearing, the three behaved like hostile witnesses,” Ackman added,“exhibiting a profound disdain for the Congress with their smiles and smirks, and their outright refusal to answer basic questions with a yes or no answer.”
If you are sending your child or giving money to Harvard or MIT or U Penn, you are helping to fund organizations that defend the harassment and genocide of Jews. That’s what America learned on Capitol Hill yesterday. It’s a slippery slope to 1930’s Germany, folks.

If Trump chose Elise Stefanik as his running mate I would not be unhappy.
When the savages get into power the first heads that will be sliced off will be those of university heads. I doubt these college presidents care to think about that as they forgive the savages for their savagery.
How many have been kicked out or suspended for speech which did not cross to action? Every single one should sue the school.

As a Harvard and MIT alum, I am deeply ashamed of both presidents’ replies and lack of appropriate action!
Harvard alum Elise Stefanik agrees with me that Ms. Gay should resign! However, I believe that she should resign not just because of lack of action against campus antisemitism, but because she is incompetent!
The blocking of the main entrance of MIT by Hamas supporters was an act of terrorism! So perhaps Ms. Kornbluth should resign, too!
Completely unaddressed is Harvard’s longstanding anti-Christian bias!
Finally, Elise Stefanik did a good job. Is she running for Vice President?
