You forgot about the part wherein Judges and the DOJ have denied the accused, Donald Trump, access to these same documents that they provided to Blue City AG’s.

Normally the sanction for destruction of vital evidence is dismissal of your case. If you are bringing a case you have a duty to preserve evidence.

“GOING TO”? I believe that ship sailed years ago. And you’re right about the fear. Hillary wasn’t blowing smoke when she said they’d “all be hanging by nooses if Trump wins”. She said the quiet part out loud.
Deliberate destruction of deposition videos is destruction of government records which is a criminal act. It also calls into question the presumption of innocence (as does the smashing of cell phones and the wiping of files, “like with a cloth”.)
If they want war, bring it. I need the target practice.
