Critics argue that this operation represents a coordinated effort by the Biden White House,

Deliberate destruction of deposition videos is destruction of government records which is a criminal act. It also calls into question the presumption of innocence (as does the smashing of cell phones and the wiping of files, “like with a cloth”.)
