Texas must remove a floating barrier it placed at the Rio Grande to deter immigrants from illegally crossing the United States-Mexico border, an appeals court ruled Friday.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit ruled 2-1 to decline a request by Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX) to reverse a lower court decision that had ordered it to remove the 1,000-foot-long string of buoys placed at the river in July near Eagle Pass, Texas. The decision can still be appealed, but it marks a victory for the Biden administration's efforts to remove the barriers, arguing they unlawfully block navigation and cause humanitarian concerns.

In January 2013, Ezra was designated by the Chief Justice John Roberts to the Western District of Texas, San Antonio and Austin Divisions, to help ease the heavy workload for the federal judges in that state. Ezra has a Chambers and Courtrooms in both San Antonio and Austin, Texas.
Ezra is a Reagan appointee who appears to have "grown in office".
The appeal was heard before Don Willett [Trump judge], Carolyn Dineen King [Peanut Boy stooge], and Dana M. Douglas [Biden stooge], Circuit Judges.
Dana M. Douglas, Circuit Judge wrote the 2 to 1 opinion.
Of course, John Robert's Democrat political stooges outvoted Trump judge Don Willett, who wrote a good dissent.

Abbott was just on Maria’s show and said that same thing. The Rio Grand is not navigatable, thousands walk across daily. Says he will take to Supreme Court. He said between the buoys, the wall and the wire with National Guard behind it the cartels have rerouted to Arizona, which is having record illegal crossing. Maria then had Kari Lake on to talk about that.
