Video of a retail theft arrest at 95th and Ashland.
The subject resists police and takes off running. Patrick Johnson-Henry, 32, was taken into custody on the 9400 block of S Justine and was charged with 4 counts of resisting police, 1 count of possession of a replica firearm, 1 count of retail theft.

and was charged with 4 counts of resisting police,

At their sizes, it should be 8 counts of resisting police.
Sounds very stylish.
DIE matters.
I’m all for LOCKING UP thugs, but when a bunch of Lesbians think they can take down an African, a REAL MAN, then my priorities change...
That is two tons of fun.
I guess it’s not like in the movies.
DEI…..in action !
So true. LOL, weird what circumstances can make us root for the criminal.
So pathetic this country has become.
All these people being put into position who have no GD business to be in those positions.
4 against 1.
I would guess those females cops outweighed the suspect by at least 450 pounds and they couldn’t even put cuffs on this guy.
Fir those that don’t have or use twitter

Women can do a lot of things, but I reject that they can fight with men generally.
Yes they can shoot a gun, or fly an airplane but toe to toe in the schoolyard they will generally lose.
They aren’t really fatties by cop standards and perps regularly outrun cops.
They mainly look to be small Latinas and they don’t have the male upper body strength of male cops for the four of them to hold onto the perp. Probably should have got him onto the ground and Sat on him, but were afraid he would have resisted sooner in that case.
I am not one to underestimate the strength of a single young man, and I know it has taken a bunch of male cops to bring down one guy on occasion, but there was something oddly fascinating about watching this process.
I watched and thought one of two things were going to happen. One, they were were going to just fatigue him, then they would put the cuffs on. Second, they were being so damned tentative, surrounding him, herding him, clutching at him, that I thought he was simply going to shed them all and run off.
And the longer it went on, oddly, the less likely I thought they were going to wear him down. (Logic would make it seem the opposite)
After the guy ran off, I compared what I have seen in my life when four male cops grab a suspect. Once the real struggling begins, most encounters I have seen ratchet up instantly, much like a fission reaction that reaches critical mass.
It seemed like those female cops were almost trying to emulate vines that grow over something and immobilize it, and a violent young man in good shape isn’t going to succumb to it.
Human beings can be incredibly strong when they are full of adrenaline, fear, and/or anger. When I was in the Navy, they had an initiation ritual for new guys. At some unexpected point in time, everyone in the shop would set to on one of the rookies, wrestle them to the deck, and smear disgustingly gooey black molybdenum-based grease on them. It was really hard to get off IIRC, you had to use a solvent or something.
Anyway, you were expected to struggle. If you put up a struggle, that was it. They left you alone.
The point is, when you were wrestling with another human being like that you saw what someone who decides to put up a fight (Even a good natured fight) can do to fight off attacks.
Nah. I wouldn’t want to be a cop, male or female getting involved in those things. Kind of like domestic disputes.
That’s gold, Jerry! Gold!
..because there’s hardly any fat male cops with bulging necks and huge bellies...hardly any...
Que the Benny Hill theme.
