That was brilliantly done. Just brilliant. Boiled it right down.
I am going to ensure I know that argument top to bottom. Thanks for posting it.
THE MASSACRE SPREE THAT NEVER WAS
https://freerepublic.com/focus/bloggers/4072337/posts?page=1
Every time I tell a native Californian about having gun racks in our trucks and a rifle range at our High School in the mountains of NC, they dismiss it as lies. Idiots.
I was a Freshman when I started.
We were even issued a second hallway locker at school for our rifles and various gun stuff.
And yes, carrying our rifles on the school bus was just fine.
But they did shut down that ROTC program at that school the second year
that I would have been in it though, sadly.
But were there ever ANY problems with 'crazed shooters' from the ROTC program? No, not a one.
My my, how things have changed.
Hi folks, I transcribed it to get it out for reading and reflection. Can someone spread this out to a ping list, the video and transcript? The video was important too, as his succinct and clear manner in explaining his views showed how ingrained into his fundamental moral structure the 2nd Amendment is.

I remember a time where students had shotguns in the rifle rack in their pickup trucks, and that way, when school got out, they went hunting.
No Mass Shootings.
The causation/correlation is “okay, well the gun equals the shooting…”
No.
We need to look at why has there been such a..a diminishing of-of the value of human life.
And then, how do we properly address that culturally?
And if the only way you can think of to properly address it culturally is to disarm people that did nothing wrong, then what you are ultimately telling them is that:
One, you are going to provide for their security.
Okay, well, the Government has done a real bang-up job of-of making sure that happens.
Two…you’re not assuming any responsibility (as the politician) if they get hurt as a result of your policy.
And Three: What you are saying is that your rights, and your civil liberties, and your ability to defend yourself are reliant completely on whether or not someone else abuses their rights.
If your rights are forfeit the moment somebody else abuses theirs, you don’t have any rights.
What you have is privileges that the Government will give to you and take away whenever they want.
And that has horrible implications across the board for a free society.
Well said Sir. Very.

Any attempt to errode the 2nd Amendment or any other provision of the Constitution should be considered an act of treason against the United States and prosecuted as such.
I know someone who reminisces about kids taking .22 rifles to the local high school, with ammo, because they had a rifle range in the basement. There were no mass shootings. In fact they had competitions between the schools locally. The gun grabbers are like the kindergarten class where one bad kid ruins things for everyone else. Our country was founded on the belief that our rights come from God, not our politicians and judges. Judge cannot “balance” God given rights with some competing interest of the state’s, particularly when the constitution clearly says a right shall not be infringed.
