In a comical yet endearing display of canine behavior, a Pembroke Welsh Corgi and a Chihuahua engage in a hilarious barking match. However, there's an interesting twist - the Chihuahua only barks when it is being carried by its owner. The moment the little pup is placed on the ground to face the confident Corgi, it remains eerily silent.

Metaphor for at least one country I can think of.
cute
No animal that size should have such a large, er, member.
As a person living with a Chihuahua owner (my wife,) I can confirm this video is TRUE.
Chihuahuas are more of an alarm system than a comprehensive security solution.
Have your battalions in place before rattling your saber. Smart pup.
I have three Chihuahuas. NO ONE is coming near my house without them letting me know. They are the first half of my security system. The other half is a loaded gun.
Is its name Hunter?
That is such a cute cartoon. I love Chihuahuas.

I have that System! Two are always two ankle-biters on duty. Besides the occasional annoyance of sounding the alarm at nothing at all (false-positives), it's a solid defense-in-depth strategy!
The chi. is being held above the Corgi....so he feels bigger and he barks. When on the ground he is more submissive cause he realizes he is smaller and he licks his lips and clears his throat. Smart chi...cool Corgi.
P.S....cats can be great negative alarms...if there is a sudden sound and they freak out or take off...that is the warning that something other than normal is happening.
Chihuahuas, the biggest, most annoying shrimps on the planet.
I watched in amazement as a plumber went to his truck with my landlady’s chihuahua clamped onto his heavy trousers!
