My mother lived and worked in Israel in the 1960’s. She used to tell the story of catching a bus between Israeli cities. Upon hearing that she and her friend were foreigners the bus driver pulled over next to a sand dune and pointed at the dune, “behind this dune is Dimona, where we make the bombs”
Probably the most strong confirmation of Israel’s Nuclear weapons program comes from a man called Mordechai Vanunu. An Israeli Nuclear Technician who claims to have worked on nuclear weapons for the Israeli’s. He was kidnapped by Mossad and forcibly returned to Israel where he’s served quite long periods in jail and is still under heavy government restriction with regard to his movement and ability to speak freely.
If you want to hear a great conspiracy theory check out the Vela Incident which is rumoured to be an Israeli Nuclear Weapons test on one of the South African sub Antarctic islands in September 1979. The Vela satellites detected the unique double flash of a nuclear detonation. Unfortunately a large storm blew in before the Americans could get aircraft over the site to test for radiation. The Australians did detect high levels of nuclear byproducts in the milk of their dairy cows over the next few weeks. Leading to large quantities of milk being dumped.
Do the Israeli’s have nukes? Probably.
Not only do they have them but it’s possible they have about the same number of on-demand neutron bombs as we do.

A lot of the physicists and techs who worked on developing the first American bomb projects are known to have advised or trained Israel’s nuke project, as did some French (Bertrand Goldschmidt) By rumor, even some Russian nuke scientists advised. Israel probably had their first fission bombs by the late ‘50s. Certainly by 1967 they were assumed to be beyond prototypes.
When our own government is attacking Americans I could not give two sh*ts about Israel. If they cannot defend themselves after $120 billion in military aid, then to hell with them. If Israel wins and kill the koranimals I will be happy but, if they fail, they deserve what they get for wasting our money.
The Gaza tunnels seem like a good location for underground nuclear testing.

Right after WWII, some were built in South Africa.
Pakistan has them.

I think very probably so. I also believe that the United States gave them their first batch of fissile material.
