War has broken out in the Middle East once again as terrorist group Hamas launched a surprise attack on Israel – the biggest in years. The hostilities have already claimed over 200 lives. The group has also taken an unknown number of Israelis as hostages.
In response to the attack, Israel declared a state of war against the Iran-backed Hamas.
Amid the fighting, Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh, issued a stern warning to Arab nations that have entered into peace negotiations with Israel, claiming the Jewish state would be unable to protect them.
In a televised speech, Haniyeh addressed the Arab countries that have normalised ties with Israel in recent years.
"We say to all countries, including our Arab brothers, that this entity, which cannot protect itself in the face of resistors, cannot provide you with any protection," he said.
"All the normalization agreements that you signed with that entity cannot resolve this (Palestinian) conflict."
In 2020, Israel reached normalisation with the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain, and upgraded ties with Morocco and Sudan, despite talks with the Palestinians being frozen for years.
Regional powerhouse Saudi Arabia and Israel are also engaged in U.S.-mediated talks to normalise relations, a prospect that drew condemnation from some Palestinian factions.
"In the last hour, the Hamas terrorist organization had begun a massive shooting of rockets from the Gaza Strip into Israeli territory, and terrorists infiltrated into Israeli territory in a number of different locations," announced the Israeli military in a chilling statement shortly after the attack began.
Harrowing images and video footage have been circulating on social media depicting Palestinians killing Israeli citizens. In one instance, a video showed Hamas fighters parading around the body of a young Israeli woman in a truck.

As RedState's Joe Cunningham reported earlier, President Joe Biden voiced unequivocal support for Israel on Saturday, condemning Hamas’ attack, saying that he "spoke with Prime Minister Netanyahu about the horrific and ongoing attacks," and the "United States unequivocally condemns this appalling assault against Israel by Hamas terrorists from Gaza."
Biden added that he "made clear to Prime Minister Netanyahu that we stand ready to offer all appropriate means of support to the Government and people of Israel."
The conflict threatens to bleed beyond the Gaza Strip’s borders. Haniyeh has indicated that Hamas and other Palestinian factions intend to extend their assault into the West Bank and even Jerusalem. “The battle moved into the heart of the Zionist entity,” he said.
This prick needs a cruise missile up his prostrate
Israel needs to shutdown all water food and electricity to Gaza. Starve them until the hostages are released
I think that Ismail Haniyeh isn’t long for this world.
Well, there’s two targets; television studios and Haniyeh.
The dead man is still talking.
yup
There's a threat if I ever heard one.
Hopefully he gets one tonight.
They’ve shut the electricity off already so they could do some ground action.
I think the Israelis and the Sunni Arab governments collaborated to get Iran to pull this sh*t off so 1) they could raze Hamas and Gaza and 2) so that Iran is identified as a sponsor (whether they did it or not) and 3) to push the BRICS away from Iran.
A) there’s no reason for Hamas to do this extreme of an attack. It’s suicidal. They make bank from the UN for simply existing. There may have been taliban/African ISIS elements mixed in.
B) it seems like 9/11 all over again. This time it’s Sunni/Israel vs Shia
Oh, and I forgot to say
C) isn’t it crazy every time this happens there’s an ‘intelligence failure’? No body wondered why there was paragliders? Mossad didn’t catch wind of something?
RE: it seems like 9/11 all over again. This time it’s Sunni/Israel vs Shia
But isn’t Hamas Sunni?
Meanwhile, thousands more illegal aliens, a large percentage from African nations, continue to stream across our borders.
I know where he can stick his rag
Yes, but Iran is their main financier. Millions a month. Some estimates are around $100 mil, which is a lot because the UN finances the infrastructure for Hamas.
Stolen elections have consequences. Capitulating to terrorists has negative consequences as well.
Sounds like Bibi has his first direct target...
