The treaty will apply to all nations that sign on, all the time, even when there are no pandemics

I can’t argue with that, except to say two things. One, from my perspective... Bush wasn’t leftist during his first term. He only turned during his second term, IMO. It’s like the globalist influence kicked in later.
Two, this condition you outlined was not the case under Reagan. It morphed into what it is now after Reagan left office, IMO.
Fact is... we ARE in a war against the radical left. That much is not contrived or illusion crafted by politicians. And yeah, I don’t trust any politician now (end result).
Our government and military have been taken over.
If you have ever heard these words spoken, you should know that this is exactly what they are referring to... even though they are implying something else.
The words I speak of are this: “Nothing can stop what is coming”.
This global coup is prophesied... and even Satan knows he is about to be given full dominion over the earth.
So make no mistake about this... those words are true concerning the coming shift in world power and dominance... regardless of who speaks them... Because God told us first it was going to happen over 2000 years ago.
The WHO is the worst threat to humankind on the planet. The WHO is a plague of tyranny. Very low IQ people pretending to know what is best for the entire planet they want to control. In a perfect world the WHO would be dissolved and burned to the ground. That level of tyrannical evil makes Hitler look like a playground bully.

It should be sobering to all of us as to where we are on the timeline of history.
