A school in New Prague, Minnesota used this video as HR training for their teachers. See if you notice anything weird about it.

There's a word for the way people are portrayed and treated in this video used to train teachers in Minnesota... I just can't think of it.

Microaggressions! White people are just like mosquitoes! They suck the life right out of you slowly! And if you want to react violently because someone said they like your hair, that's totally fine!
Everyone knows the people on the #RightSideOfHistory pick a people group to hate, call them vermin, then explain why violence against them is okay! This is what we teach teachers, this is what children are taught, and it's what HR feeds EVERYONE in corporate America.
This wasn't created for this particular school, it's actually a 2016 video from the Fusion comedy network. And you can tell it's a Hollywood comedy video from the fact that it's not funny and it's also just a lecture.
The video has been making the rounds for years in woke circles, popping up at various events and trainings.
If you're a conservative and you say things that people find offensive, even if it's not offensive, then you're a mosquito. A literal pest.
And you know what we do to mosquitoes...
Some people say the mosquitoes are just the "microagressions."
Ah, okay, so then if we get race hustlers like Ibram X. Kendi and Robin DiAngelo in here and ask them if black people can have microaggressions, they'll say, "Yes, racism and insensitivity works both ways because we are all human and equally able to sin," right?
RIGHT?
We all know this is a one-way street that paints "whiteness" as evil. CRT teaches that "whiteness" and "microaggressions" are fused together, and if your skin is subjectively light enough, you can never get rid of them. You can "identify" as anything these days except a different culture/skin tone if you are white, meaning you are defined by your immutable "whiteness" and the microaggressions involved. There is no way to separate these things in the woke racist worldview, meaning if the mosquitoes are microaggressions, they are therefore white people.
The only way you can possibly atone for your evil white heart is to "do the work" and "do better," by which they mean "believe in Karl Marx as your Lord and Savior and destroy anything that reminds us of European Christians."
And if you point it out, the wokies go "why are you so 'aggrieved'?"
I don't know, my "non-binary queer" dude, maybe people are tired of the woke "microaggressions" we face a billion times a day. Heck, let's call them macroaggressions, because everyone in power is trying to force-feed Americans gay racist communism right now.

If so - fire HR. All of them.
We need to push back against all this pro-black racism. It so in the same category as abortion, trans, By-done, etc.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion=Marxism, Leninism, Communism.

New Prague is a small town about 40 miles from the Minneapolis metro area and is heavily Catholic with a strong Czech heritage. I hope the community rises up against this CRT crap and shows up en masse at the school board.
Actually, it is worse. The various flavors of Marxism, such as classical economic Marxism, CRT (racial Marxism), Radical Feminism (sexual Marxism), Queer theory (gender Marxism) all teach individuals are not responsible for their actions.
No one is responsible for their actions, they do not actually have free will, unless they embrace Marxism.

As is stealing/rigging elections, taking bribes from enemy nations, selling national security secrets and technology to foreign enemy nations, and allowing an illegal invasion of a sovereign USA.
And we won’t even go into how many “accidental and/or mysterious deaths” have occurred to either people on the right side of politics (Scalia), or people that knew too much about the Democrats (Seth Rich, Obama’s chef?), or people that were scheduled to testify against the Democrats (John Ashe).
