VIDEO: Biden Impeachment Inquiry Begins

VIDEO

The Biden impeachment inquiry in Congress has begun and, as expected, the Democrats are pretending there are no facts to warrant such an action. Unfortunately for them, there are tons of facts and documents especially in the form of offshore bank accounts and statements. Many liberals are now living in a fantasy land because they have been sheltered from the FACTS of Joe Biden's CORRUPTION but an impeachment inquiry will force them to face the FACTS. Right now Democrats in the know such as Senator Lurch are pretending there is nothing to worry about. However, expect Lurch and others of his ilk to go full RAGE when the FACTS are exposed.

Isn’t it about 3 years too late?

And don’t forget the big unasked question - how may SAR reports are there for other folks in government?

Unfortunately for them, there are tons of facts and documents especially in the form of offshore bank accounts and statements

So it should take 10 days to acquire the records and 10 days to decipher them, let's have all the facts in 30 days.

Republicans are doing this just so they can say they couldn’t find any evidence

No, it maybe still too early to do this. If we would have done a House impeachment this 3 years ago you would have not gotten a conviction & removal by the Senate. (It would have required 66 votes!) A three year old attempt and failure would have been forgotten by now. (The failure might not be! The media and Biden would have worn it as a badge of honor.) However doing it now, if the timing is done right might have some good political effect for 2024. The effect would be getting these Senators on the record with them approving Biden’s corruption - a vote not to convict or to convict - not approving his corruption. All depends on the timing!

100 percent correct.
Impeachment is a political process. Conviction is the criminal process.

Run the sequence past me from this inquiry thing that McCarthy is talking about>

What will the possible outcomes of the inquiry be? How long will the inquiry take? Who will participate? Who will be on the inquiry panel? What is the earliest that a Senate trial could begin?

Even conviction and removal by the Senate is more a political process then criminal. There is no criminal liability after conviction and removal, just loss of office. It does allow the person to be criminally charged and convicted by the normal criminal court process.

That’s right but, a removal “used” to be seen as the punishment.
BTW, I wonder where all the big bad brave “patriotic” Federal prosecutors are that should file criminal charges against the pig?

That is a valid question, so I won’t question your motivation. But if there were I suspect the liberal media would have found them and spread the news all day every day for the last 8 years...

Even conviction and removal by the Senate is more a political process then criminal...

That is a key point to remember. Impeachment is entirely a political process, dressed up to look like court proceedings. But the actual rules for the process are quite different - sort of like "Calvinball". What we think of as the ordinary "rule of law" does not really apply.

There is zero chance that a Democrat-controlled Senate will convict Biden of anything. That does not matter. There are very good chances that a number of Democrat Senators will lose their offices in the aftermath of the "acquittal", and the Democrats will lose control of the Senate. That matters. At least one can hope that matters.

It all depends on how the "evidence" from the hearings is presented to the public.

The economy is in a recession, headed straight for another Great Depression. The middle class is being intentionally liquidated by inflation, rising taxes, and corporate layoffs. Biden can be made a scapegoat for all of that, along with the Senators who are protecting him.

That is what an impeachment procedure is good for.

I’m guessing corrupt ‘intelligence’ has already told President Sniffer and his whore monger son to answer every question with, “I don’t remember’... The James Comey way of giving the finger to the United States of America.

Yep. Considering what he’s admitted to on video they should have been ready for an impeachment inquiry the day he was sworn in....especially after the witch hunt and lowering of standards done by the D’s.
