isn’t it weird how there are no higher judges putting an immediate stop to her unlawful actions? Higher up judges always seem to step in immediately however whenever a republican judge rules in favor of some republican somewhere though!
She doesn’t think she will get away with this, she knows that probably the first court is going to strike it down. This is a test, a toe in the water.

This has NM Constitution problems, as NM has alway s been an open carry state, and legal concealed carry requires training and a background check.
Nothing can go wrong with this ruling except open season for criminal activity.

That’s been tried.
The problem isn’t the guns; they have been around for generations. The problem is at least three-fold:
First, there is an attitude that human life is cheap and can be endangered and even disposed of in the name of convenience. Can’t imagine where that attitude came from, aside from a Supreme Court ruling about fifty years ago which condoned millions of humans to be declared inconvenient and thereby disposable.
Second, there is a problem with anger management. There are too may movements advocating that all emotions are valid and should guide behavior. Violence in particular is showcased, admired and justified in video games, sporting events, demonstrations, movies and music. Too often it seems to be held up as the real proof of being a man or woman. Anger is also a hallmark of resentment politics.
Third, there is the problem of fatherlessness. In times past, one of the most importance roles of fathers (and mothers and grandparents in the absence of the father) is to teach children how to management and control their anger. Nowadays kids don’t know how to handle conflict, reach compromises or forgive others. Of course not only parents are failing this role, so is society at large. We are so concerned about preventing kids from hurt feelings that they can’t handle situations in the real world.
All this is evident but obviously cannot be discussed by the Democrats in this nation of cowards and helicopter adults. So the carnage will continue and the ineffective “solutions” will proliferate.
