I’m glad to see they believe in the 2nd Amendment over there. Teaching gun safety at such young ages is to be applauded.

There was a time when similar was done in (some, anyway) U.S. Schools. When I was a kid, the guy who was the ‘Captain’ of the school bus drivers and the the School Truant Officer, was also the school’s Marksmanship instructor. The class wasn’t mandatory, but all the boys clamored to take it.
Heh, now that I remember it, despite being the Truant Officer, he was a very popular guy, even among the habitual truants.
American children are learning how to put condoms on cucumbers and shy they should change their sex.
Kinda like we did in the ‘50s.
The Russian government can trust its people with this knowledge while the American government cannot. The US government acts like it does not need a political basis in its own people.
