The entire football world watched Shedeur Sanders and the Colorado Buffaloes upset the Horned Frogs of TCU last Saturday afternoon. Even the GOAT, Tom Brady, tuned in.
Brady was so impressed with the Buffaloes' victory that he personally reached out to Shedeur, Deion's son and Colorado's starting quarterback.
His message was a simple one: "Don't be satisfied" with just one win. Strive for more.
"Don't be satisfied," Brady said in a text to Shedeur.

Looking forward to the Buffalo's next game.
I’m rooting for Colorado. Go Deion!
I’m rooting for as well, I’ll make a comparison for you, not sure you will like it but here it goes.
Remember when Steve Spurrier took over at UF and other coaches and fans hated him for needling them.
Deion is a modern-day version of Spurrier, except he’s black and wears the bling and talks the language of kids in 2023. A lot of other coaches and fans are going to hate him, while he beats their ass, when he does lose a game, the taunts will be loud, it goes with the territory, Deion is good for the game, despite all the bling and language, he’s an old school football coach.
That’s pretty cool. Brady certainly lived that every year. Cool to see him growing in the role as a voice for future players.
Our son went to Colorado. Our daughter went to Oregon. My wife has followed both closely. She and son are going to the Buffs / Ducks game in Eugene. Should be a great game.
Deion Sanders remarks after the TCU upset were a bit unsettling, though.
Progressives invaded sports and Prime is one of the leaders of the pack.
I heard today that Shedeur Is receiving $3.5 million to play QUARTERBACK
If Colorado beats Oregon and USC then I'll count them as worthy of the obscene hype they've gotten since Saturday. Until then IMHO they deserve only a reasonable amount of praise for beating a somewhat tough but unranked TCU.
That’s not a bad comparison, it will be interesting to see how it all turns out.
When Spurrier came into the SEC, all the old SEC thinking coaches and fans said his pass happy offense would not work in the SEC, the SEC was a downhill running, play defense and field position league, Spurrier completely changed that way of thinking, people had to change their defenses, had to start opening up the offenses and passing the ball.
Deion is on his way of doing the same thing, he brought in a huge number of transfers, he’s playing a wide-open modern style of offense.
I would not be surprised this offseason, a bunch of really talented players decided to transfer to CU and make them top-5 team by next year.
TCU was ranked in the top-15 before Saturday, they were the runner up last year for the national title.
CU was 1-11 last year and one of the worst team in college football, he’s already made the competitive, sure they will lose some games this year, the trajectory is really good for CU.
“Colorado did a great job! ... against unranked TCU”
Huh? TCU was ranked 17th in the AP and 16th in the Coaches.

FSU sure hates him now, fans want to unretire his number.
I think he was going more against the press. I have no problem with that.
Most of these so-called black leaders are nothing more than white liberals trapped in black bodies.
Deion isn’t one of those.
Preseason rankings are about as worthless as a Stacey Abrams diet plan.
This is true.
True but they were still ranked, they aren’t some push over, they have had a solid program for a number of years not only with the current coach but the previous one was solid as well.
If you beat TCU at their place on the opening weekend, that’s a solid win.
