What are they trying to hide? Tall black fencing that stretches for miles and miles has been hastily constructed around the perimeter of Lahaina, and this has created a tremendous amount of speculation. Are they trying to keep people out? Are they trying to keep people from seeing what really happened in Lahaina? There are so many questions that all of us should be asking right now. An independent journalist has captured video footage of this giant black fence that has been put up, and it is super creepy…
The official explanation that we are being given for this black fencing is that it is a “dust screen” that is meant to protect drivers from dust in the disaster zone… The state Department of Transportation is installing nearly 30,000 linear feet of dust screen for the protection of highway users on Honoapiʻilani Highway (Route 30) and the Lahaina Bypass (Route 3000).
The work started on Aug. 16 with Maui-based contractors teaming up for the project that should take about a month to complete. The teams are constructing a fence that will stretch more than 5 miles.

Because dust won’t blow over any barrier.
Drones are banned for the same reason, of course...
Will Cain mentioned right before he flew out to Maui someone in the Hawaiian government blasted Maui was a “media free zone” Will Cain said, no it is not. I have property on Maui and will speak with the people who live here and get their stories.
Boasted, I hate auto correct.
Probably looking for human remains and don’t want gawkers.
Dust screen? More like it’s keeping from view a mass murder/grave site they don’t want to people to see .... especially how ‘mass’ it probably is, if the truth be known.
That fence has to cost way more than the $700 per person that Biden wanted to give the locals.
The Berlin Wall always blocked the view of ugly Communist ruled East Berlin.
large construction sites are always fenced.
after the eminent domain action they will make this a wonderful Disney World
Don’t ask questions. The government knows best.
I read early on the fencing was there based on state law. Truth or narrative? I don’t know.
“Maui dodged catastrophe in wildfires five years ago but missed an opportunity to prevent future disaster, residents say
After fires in 2018, residents raised concerns about clogged evacuation routes, power line risks and failures to sound emergency sirens. “Everything we told them was completely, 100 percent ignored,” one man said.”

They don’t want witnesses to what is coming. It is also forbidden to fly drones over the area.
-Pressured utility to prioritize 'green energy' over fire mitigation.
-Blocked residents from fleeing the fire
-Withheld water from fire fighters
-Stopped fighting the original fire and failed to maintain watch, in the midst of high winds.
-Failed to have operable alert sirens for at least the second time in 5 years (2018 phony nuclear attack alert)
When someone goes to work for the government he sheds his soul and the people he "serves" become no more than manipulable data points. One wonders if it crossed governor Green's mind that all property owner survivors should have been shot in order to ease property seizure complications.

You are right. It’s no dust screen, it’s a curtain meant to keep prying eyes off of the massive massacre crime scene.
That many “malfeasance” coincidences are entirely too many “coincidences.” That suggests strongly that these coincidences were co-ordinated.
They don’t want us to see the hundreds of dead all at once. They want to drip, drip, drip out the numbers until everybody forgets about it and onto the next news item.
The government officials want everyone to forget about their incompetence.
I was taught, quickly and harshly, when I was a Second Lieutenant, to take care of my people.
The problem with these government employees is that nobody kicked their asses when they first started, to make them care about citizens.
That should be a requirement.
I would do the job for free.
