Something is suspicious about this in the presentation, the timing and even the wording.
Ray Epps was a guy who attended the events in/around Washington DC on January 5th and January 6th, 2021. There is a lot of video footage of Ray Epps instructing people to go to the Capitol building. Despite a rather voluminous amount of evidence, Ray Epps was never charged with any conduct related to the events of January 6th.
According to a lawsuit Epps filed against Tucker Carlson and Fox News claiming the outlet targeted and defamed him, Ray Epps states, “in May 2023, the Department of Justice notified Epps that it would seek to charge him criminally for events on January 6, 2021—two-and-a-half years later.” [lawsuit citation – pg 41]

This appears, on the surface, to be whistleblower tampering.
Find out who funded Epps by paying his transport and expenses to be a key figure in promoting riots.
Maybe in the discovery phase of this lawsuit we will find out the real relationship between him and federal law enforcement. The feds can’t be happy about this lawsuit.
There were many, many more agitators on J6. Who funded them?
Mr. Epps is the most famous, unfortunately for him.
I have been also waiting to find out who bought the uniforms and tiki lanterns for the Charlottesville fiasco, which was organized by an Obama supporter.
I do not follow conspiracy theories, but things are seldom what the seem.
It’s a set up for us stooges. They are pretending to charge him to make it look like he’s not an agent.
Once the lawsuit is over, the charges will be “dropped.”

First, since when does the DOJ inform a suspect in advance they are seeking to charge him?

As the article says….(a lot about) this doesn’t pass the sniff test.
The money is far easier to follow than a conspiracy theory.😉
I guess his use as an informer is over, so the DOJ cut him lose to swing in the wind.
Or the DOJ is helping with the lawsuit and will give a slap on the wrist while concealing his role.
Ray is CIA and FBI. And this suit is backed by our government or their agents. This is not just two guys suing each other. No this is the government hiding behind Ray who is suing Carlson with their help. And the government of course just wants Ray to learn everything about Carlson. And to slow him down and shut him up.
Is it normal for the FBI to warn a suspect that they “intend to charge” them with a crime, before actually charging them?
So why isn’t he sitting in the DC jail like the others who have been charged ?
We won’t find out anything except:
Ray Epps did nothing wrong, he has no relationship with the FedGov, Fox defamed him, owes him $200 million dollars.
Then, Fox news gets reimbursed by the deep state dems, and the entire issue disappears.

It did occur to me that the feds would indemnify FNC to make the suit go away and avoid the awkward disclosures. I suppose that’s one notch above the mob who would just have him whacked.
