The goal of we humans is to make life easier for ourselves. For instance, inventing the bulldozer so humans don’t have to shovel the dirt.
Will the achievement of the goal be that there’s nothing left for humans to do?
If you want a world run by AI, then you are looking in the wrong direction. God’s word, the Bible, has the answers.

OK. Start with running the UN. Spell out goals and give the AI hire&fire authority.

I think you should get a better understanding of AI
I have a great understanding of AI. I have a degree in Computer Science. I wrote papers on AI. I worked with IBM’s AI, Watson. And I wrote numerous Intelligence systems.
AI is a hugely general term. And when the government gets involved in it. It will not get better or more controlled.
