…the U.S. government has in its possession 12-15 “non-human” spacecraft that prove the existence beyond any doubt that there is life elsewhere in the universe.

Could be a possibility. We’ve got crashed spacecraft on other planets. We’ve got spacecraft running around the galaxy and based on society we’re definitely not an advanced civilization.

It’s definitely not any government on Earth flying these things around. If it was it would have been used against another country by now.

Just because we haven’t figured out traveling light-years doesn’t mean someone else hasn’t. Light years to us might be a second or two to “them”. You can’t base our knowledge of physics and science on what some other sources may know.
