'I am a Black woman in America. I am always in the right.'
LaGuardia Community College student Kadia Iman claimed the administrator was ‘pulling the mic down super fast for some black people.’
Kadia Iman, a Black graduate of New York’s LaGuardia Community College, forcibly seized a microphone from a white volunteer's hand during the school’s graduation ceremony on June 21, as seen in a viral video posted to social media.
In the clip, Iman can be seen wrestling with the administrator for the microphone while shouting, “I want the mic!...Let go!”
“You didn’t let me get my moment,” Iman said, as she proceeded to announce her full name.
“I’m graduating today! I don’t like how you snatched the mic out of my hand, so today’s gonna be all about me,” she added before she threw the device on the ground and walked away.
LaGuardia spokesman Manuel Romero told Campus Reform that Iman’s behavior was “disruptive and inappropriate,” as it negatively “impacted the celebration for graduates and guests.”
...
In an Instagram post, Iman later wrote, “I did it for girls that look like me.”
“To everyone saying I should be embarrassed .. [sic] or I’ll never get a job…I am a Black woman in America. I am always in the right…u [sic] will not gaslight me into thinking I’m The [sic] bad guy,” she added.

Have you ever seen a child that has been spoiled rotten by their parents? It is sickening. It is what we have done to many of the blacks.
Or a husband...
That much kissing will chafe an ass.
This person obviously did not major in impulse control.
“will not gaslight me into thinking I’m The [sic] bad guy,”
I believe actions prove the point.
THIS is the sense of “we be owed” that is instilled in public school, colleges and in the media. This creature is America’s future, be worried.
“Any prospective employer would be insane to hire this woman. For any position.”
Honestly, she’d appear to have a bright future as a politician with the Democrat Party, cf. Maxine Waters, AOC, Mooch Obama, Sheila Jackson Lee et al.

Sadly that is what they think- No Maam, you are not always right- and when facts refute your claims, the mature way to handle it is to acknowledge those facts and not demand that everyone shut up just because you think you are always right because you are black- you want civility? (They always claim they do, but their actions prove that nope- they really don’t want to be civil- they want to dominate) Then act your age and be civil yourself!
Or English.
I was having difficulty navigating that tortured prose. Egad, who writes these things?
Exactly!
“I don’t want to ruin no one’s day”
Kinda shows she is an Affirmative Action graduate.
See my tag line.

Pygmy cannibals belong in Somalia where they can feast on mealworms. No peace, no surrender.
I wouldn’t want something like that on my staff. Not even at the same company I work for. No way.
I think people are getting tired of that attitude from these selfish, self-absorbed people who contribute nothing positive to society. Only discord.
We’re there consequences imposed to this rude, uppity student?
“I am a Black woman in America. I am always in the right.”
Wrong. You are among the most highly privileged people on the planet, surpassed only by black, lesbian, trans, Spanish-speaking muslim women with a peanut allergy.
Having that privilege does not make you right. It makes you the unfair recipient of lavish favors. You are still wrong, and stupid.
Reminds me of when Cartman was on Jerry Springer, “Whateva, I do what I want”

Our family member was getting an advanced degree several years ago from a state university, so we attended the graduation.
It was a large class with a high proportion of minority candidates.
The graduates were not allowed to speak, but each walked across the stage after their names were read.
Nearly everyone of the black graduates did an intricate dance display and received raucous and extended applause from their supporters.
It was slightly amusing at first, but after 50 or 60 of such antics, it got very irritating.
These displays added at least a half hour to the commencement ceremony.
Our black friends and neighbors back in the ‘70s would have never put up with such embarrassing behavior from their kids.
When I mentioned how aggravating it was to the younger members of my extended family, they were shocked that I would dare express criticism of the black graduates.
I guess kids these days are taught that they are perfect in every way.
