SHE CAN’T DO ARITHMETIC, EITHER

In the post just below, Steve notes that the liberal media are trying to make some kind of hero out of new Justice Ketanji Brown-Jackson. Good luck with that: based on what we have seen so far, I would assess her as incompetent.

Her dissent in the UNC race discrimination case was awful. It was one long political screed, devoid of legal argument and oblivious to the standards (the 14th Amendment and Title VI) that she was supposed to be applying. Also, she can’t deal honestly or competently with data.

At Liberty Unyielding, Hans Bader disassembles Jackson’s dissent:

[A]ccording to the dissent by three progressive justices, using race in college admissions is the “only” way “possible” to somehow get rid of gaps between minorities and whites in “health, wealth, and well-being,” and blacks must be given a racial preference in college admissions until those gaps disappear. That claim ignores the fact that blacks were gradually closing the gap with whites before any affirmative action for blacks existed, indeed, at a faster rate than today.

...

Not only has Justice Brown-Jackson not shown the ability needed to serve on the Supreme Court, her dissent in the UNC indicates that she fundamentally fails to understand her duties as a judge. Beyond that, her inability to handle data accurately and truthfully causes me to expect that we will have much to say about Ms. Brown-Jackson’s opinions in future years.

“Absolutely horrible and unqualified justice. And we are stuck with her.”

It is all TRIBAL to them, and there is no way to stop that, it is in their DNA, every time they look in a mirror - the ONLY choice is to keep them OUT OF POWER, as Trump was trying to do.

And with the other two “justices.” None of the three appear to have a clue that their job is to enforce the actual constitution of the United States of America.

And, many of the rejected non=blacks were poor. Poor but exemplary in every way.

But, all of the Democrats are now shown as nothing but a pack of bigots and racists, this is what you get.

If you vote Demo at any level after this, you are a racist. Might as well dig into your ancestor’s closets and pull out the white robe and hood. If you are gonna support such hate-based behavior you might as well look the part.

Thank you for referencing that article Rummyfan. Please note that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

The real problem is not Biden or Ketanji Brown-Jackson per se, but the very corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Congress put together by misguided, constitutionally low-information voters, Congress stubbornly not exercising its constitutionally enumerated options to remove people like Biden and Ketanji Brown-Jackson from office.

Biden and Brown-Jackson can wait in line behind Mayorcas.

Kevin McCarthy Calls for Alejandro Mayorkas to Resign, Threatens Impeachment if DHS Secretary Resists (November.22.2022)

Regarding 2024 elections, let's not be fooled again.

It's up to Democratic and Republican patriots to initiate the final stage of Trump 47's second term mission to finish draining the swamp by primarying as many of our beloved state and federal lawmakers and executives as we can.

After all, lawmakers and executives continue to show that they do not have the patriotism and leadership skills necessary to find legislative support for effective remedies for unconstitutional government policies.

In fact, given that one of the very few powers that the states have expressly constitutionally given to the unconstitutionally big federal government to dictate domestic policy is to run the Mail Service (most federal domestic policy actually based on stolen state powers), the worst problem that the peacetime country would otherwise be looking at with a new Congress of freshman lawmakers is a delay with mail delivery.

"Article I, Section 8, Clause 7: To establish Post Offices and post Roads;"

Trump can endorse candidates that Constitution-savvy patriots recommend as long as candidates are not incumbents, candidates also promising to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments after they win office.

The definition of insanity is reelecting your beloved career state and federal lawmakers and executives over and over again, expecting those same politicians to find remedies for unconstitutional government policies every time.

The poster girl for flawed AA.....and reasons why it had to go:
<><>Justice Brown-Jackson has not shown the ability needed to serve on the Supreme Court,
<><>her dissent indicates that she fundamentally fails to understand her duties as a USSC judge.
<><>plus there’s her inability to handle data accurately and truthfully.

Her writings are extremely sophmoric.

Just b/c she gets “a thought” occasionally, doesnt mean she has to write it down for all to see.

“AOC wants to impeach Scotus justices”

AOC doesn’t even understand law, not to mention the constitutionality of law.

The only thing she mouths is her own opinion and she thinks that somehow it magically turns into law.

She should stick with what she knows, stealing other people’s tips out of the community tip jar.

How did she ever get to be a lawyer, let alone a judge of layering? Micro-tolerance of “blackness”?

This simply proves that Brown-Jackson was, herself, an Affirmative Action Supreme Court Justice. It's too bad this ruling doesn't stop affirmative action for Supreme Court Justices as well.
