Fox’s firing of the most-watched host on cable news, Tucker Carlson, is still roiling Leftists and patriots alike, but now Carlson himself has said that it didn’t actually happen at all.
In a text message to the news analysis site 19FortyFive, Carlson said flatly: “I’m still employed by Fox.” This doesn’t mean, however, that all is forgiven and that his show will be back on the air Monday. On the contrary, it could hinder Carlson’s plans to take his truth-telling elsewhere.
In his message to 19FortyFive, Carlson was actually confirming what another former Fox host, Megyn Kelly, revealed on Thursday: “I want to, I think, break some news for you. Tucker Carlson hasn’t actually been fired. He’s still an employee of the Fox News Channel. What happened was, Suzanne Scott called him, she’s the CEO, on Monday, morning, and said, um, he was not going to be allowed to do any more shows, and that he had been kicked out of his company email, and now they’re going to have to negotiate an exit. Um, some reporting to me, uh, suggests that she said it’s going to be an amicable parting. Right? Isn’t it?” That would be nice, but Scott’s own behavior, if Kelly’s report is accurate, makes it more unlikely.

If Tucker Carlson was so peremptorily told that he wasn’t going to be allowed to do any more shows and couldn’t even access his company email, he couldn’t say a proper farewell either to those who watched his show or to his staff.

Isn’t the assumption maintaining his contract prevents Tucker from moving on to accept another opportunity. Effectively silencing him for the duration of the FNC contract.
Keep him quiet until after the election!
That’s the plan and Biden and the DNC are coordinating it.
I’d think his contract was forward-looking enough to foresee a day when his show could be cancelled yet his employment remain active. In such an occurrence, the contract would stipulate he would be free to leave with a massive severance and free to do whatever he wants.
A good legal team would have foreseen this.
I would further bet that McCarthy has his slimy fingers in this.
There’s two things at work here. Carlson is being sidelined and not fired because they (the leftist Murdoch children) want to keep him quiet through his contract — which incidentally is up at election time in ‘24. They also don’t want him competing against the network.
Because of both of these, they won’t fire Carlson, but will keep him on “retainer” until he’s no longer a threat...

Followup thought...the press would probably be crowing even bigger if Tucker was indeed trapped . So, we will see.
This isn’t rocket science. He is still under contract and being paid. He is simply let go from his service. This is no secret.
Tucker has the potential to make millions more on his own, he could and can do anything he wants contract or not. FOX News committed suicide. Tucker pulls 57 million views on a Pod Cast. Tucker will overcome FOX and their contract. Elon Musk could buy Fox News!

I don’t know why people are confused by this. Fox said he wouldn’t appear on the air. They never claimed he was fired. This way they keep him off the air not only at Fox but elsewhere as well.
Assuming Elon has the wherewithal to buy Fux News, and the Murdox are prepared to sell, the Deep State Syndicate that runs the gubmint could, conceivably, block the purchase. They could argue that Musk owning Twitter AND a major network was concentrating too much media control in one person’s hands.
The fact that Blackrock is the largest shareholder in likely EVERY OTHER media organization, would be ignored because Blackrock is led by a crony capitalist pal of XiJinBiden, Schwartz György, K(louse) Squab, and the rest of the WEF fascists.

He could actually sue Fox as being a defacto or constructive dismissal. However, we’ve also been told any action in that respect that Fox has accumulated a sh$t-load of compromising information on him. They basically have him between a rock and hard place. Call it sinister, call it the NWO strategy to control dissonant voices from the globalist plan, but I call it clever. Never underestimate their sinister plans.

The rise of Donald Trump and the MAGA movement broke the framework of the Overton Window's right side. Striking back against Tucker Carlson is a flailing by the elite against a conservative movement no longer in tow. Their attempts to deplatform truth tellers in Big Tech have backfired, as numerous independent platforms have arisen to bypass the Facebook, Google, and YouTube censorship.
