Tara Lee Rodas, HHS Whistleblower, Federal Inspector General Employee, testifies before the House Judiciary Committee, 4/26/23 (Credit: House Judiciary Committee/YouTube)
A whistleblower from the Department of Health and Human Services, Tara Lee Rodas, delivered bombshell testimony to the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement Wednesday in which she described the heartbreaking story of exploited children entering through our porous southern border.
The hearing, called “The Biden Border Crisis: Exploitation of Unaccompanied Alien Children,” had already gotten off to an eventful start earlier in the day when Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) made a fool out of himself for not talking about the border or unaccompanied alien children, but January 6 for a reason apparent only to him. RedState’s Sister Toldjah tells the story:
After that, Rodas alleged that the United States government, whether on purpose or not, is acting as a go-between for a huge child trafficking racket:
“Whether intentional or not, it could be argued that the U.S. Government has become the middleman in a large scale, multibillion-dollar, child trafficking operation that is run by bad actors seeking to profit off of the lives of children,” Rodas said.

Rodas worked at the Emergency Intake Site in Pomona, California, and said she discovered a sophisticated network that forces children into slave labor and sex work:
I thought I was going to help place children in loving homes. Instead, I discovered that children are being trafficked through a sophisticated network that begins with recruiting in their home country, smuggled to the U.S. border, and ends when [Office of Refugee Resettlement] delivers a child to a sponsor – some sponsors are criminals and traffickers and members of Transnational Criminal Organizations.
Some sponsors view children as commodities and assets to be used for earning income – this is why we are witnessing an explosion of labor trafficking.
Children who are encountered at the border are typically transferred to the HHS, which helps unite them with a sponsor, usually a parent or family member—or someone who wants to exploit them. Worse, many of the minors speak neither Spanish nor English, so they are essentially helpless:
“Realizing that we were not offering children the American dream, but instead putting them in modern-day slavery with wicked overlords was a terrible revelation,” she said, adding that her life “will never be the same” after what she saw.
Even the New York Times is concerned, writing last week that the situation is dire:
Over the past two years, more than 250,000 migrant children have come alone to the United States. Thousands of children have ended up in punishing jobs across the country — working overnight in slaughterhouses, replacing roofs, operating machinery in factories — all in violation of child labor laws, a recent Times investigation showed.
Rodas called for greater oversight of the HHS, the stopping of “retaliation” against whistleblowers,” an end to a “culture of speed over safety,” and a rule that sponsors must report to the Office of Refugee Resettlement. She said that HHS needs to protect the children:
…it is my hope you’ll take action to end this crisis, to safeguard the lives of these vulnerable children…
As it is written: A wise man listens to advice, while a fool continues in his folly. HHS needs to be wise to care for these children.
The order to process children like an assembly line came from the top. We must always ask, as Rodas does, cui bono? Who benefits?
In this leaked video, HHS Sec Becerra berates staff and says, “If Henry Ford had seen this in his plants, he would have never become famous and rich."
Q: Who's getting rich off Taxpayer-Funded Child Trafficking?

Whistle blower getting eye opening truth out
how many people thought just 15 or so years ago we woudl EVER find out our government is facilitating child slavery and worse? Such a thought was unthinkable- yet now we’re finding out the government is keeping the border open at the request likely of cartels that deal in kid trafficking? How frigging sick is that?
“The ‘Kids in Cages’ crowd is awfully quiet.”
Yeah= gee- how odd that those freaks screaming about kids in cages now have nothing to say about kids being exploited and abused
I just saw this on Twitter, glad you posted it here. We all need to pass it on to friends and acquaintances.
Tara Rodas might need to hire a few bodyguards, she might commit accidental suicide.
