Republicans lay the groundwork for 2025 indictments...When they indict one of ours, we indict 7 of theirs.

To indict anyone, and hope it prevails at trial, depends on the prosecutor, the makeup of the grand jury and the trial jury and judge. It has to be in a red district/state.

How to get venue in such a place? You need one illegal act in that jurisdiction. The sad fact is that most political misdeeds take place in D.C. or some other big blue city.

So....don’t count on this.

Fed.gov is simply not reformable through what people think are normal, Consitutional means

Its poor second option, but the default, like it or not, will be to make it non-functioning. Simply throw sand in the gears, until it grinds to a halt.

At least it won’t get more dictatorial, and its a back-door way to return to States’ rights.

“2023 is not 2020. Republicans now realize the threat was not Trump.”

Does he really believe that? Or is he just pulling our legs?

Sad. Republicans will do nothing but talk. Maybe.
Give them a majority house, a majority senate, the presidency and a moderately conservative Supreme Court and the Republicans will do .......nothing.
Been proven repeatedly.

Why wait. A great place to start is to indict Obama on Fast and Furious gun runner. A Texas AG could do this tomorrow. He could be charged with hundreds of real felonies, Bragg style.

No. Those people can’t be charged. There is no jurisdiction for a County District Attorney in Texas.

The way this is done is go through video recordings AT AIRPORTS in Red areas. Find Schumer walking through the airport and bumping someone, which is felony battery. Make it very clear this is not in performance of Senate duties and he has to pay legal defense himself. Then do the same to every Democrat official you can find.

THIS MUST NOT BE SILLY “indictments” of policy matters. If you do that, then the taxpayers pay for their lawyers.

You must attack personally, across the entire Democrat party, and frankly go after Bill Krystol and Ed Rollins and every other GOPe figure. Find them in airports. Indict them for felony battery. Make Them Pay Their Legal Bills.

It all comes down to $$$

The Republicans should also immediately have the DOJ go after all those BLM and Antifa protestors as insurrectionists.

The FBI needs to drop all they’re doing and go after every single person identified, even if they did nothing wrong (folks that never entered the capital were interviewed - obvious intimidation effort), as was/is the case with 6 January.

Unlike 6 January, some of these protests involved BURNING federal courthouses: https://www.opb.org/news/article/portland-police-less-lethal-munitions-protest-courthouse/ Spraying graffiti all over them, stealing everything that wasn’t bolted down...

That’s all silly. The GOP has no control of DOJ.

This must be done at the NON POLICY personal level. If you do policy attacks, then taxpayers pay their defense. Indict for personal felonies, they pay their own defense.

Essentially what he is saying they will hold hearings to expose the corruption instead of impeaching Biden or any of his appointees. It is all a charade to once again placate the conservative voting base while actually not changing anything.

The mainstream media will not cover the hearings or the corruption exposed. Republicans will hope there is enough coverage on Fox News and conservative blogs to given the voter base the impression they are drawing blood. However no real blood will flow from the hearings. The committees will issue reports which will gather dust on the shelves of the Library of Congress, perhaps to be discovered by a historian a century or two in the future.

As always Republicans won’t draw blood, or make a meaningful fuss, because many of them are players in the money laundering, influence peddling, and insider investment deals that allow members of Congress and the Senate to become multimillionaires on the salary of a “public servant”. The Bidens, Obamas, and Clintons are the poster children for going to Washington with nothing and accumulating great wealth while there and in the years after. Committee investigations may rock the boat a little but no one has any intention of sinking it.
