Put a fork in the opposition denials to what was increasingly obvious; it’s over. Last summer we saw the fingerprints of the professional republican apparatus all over the construct that was creating the Ron DeSantis 2024 effort. The data was all going in one direction, all of the constructs were identical to the Karl Rove playbook with the single addition of the Republican Governor’s Association as a participant. As the months moved forward the Rovian elements became more and more clear. The DeSantis supporters tried to deny it, but the truth of the issue is just too obvious.
Now, insider republican political pundit Mark Simone admits that Team Bush and Karl Rove are the specific organizers of the DeSantis 2024 effort. Appearing on Fox Business, Larry Kudlow asks directly, “who is behind the DeSantis campaign?” Simone admits, “yeah, it’s Karl Rove – Karl Rove has been advising DeSantis, that’s why he’s been getting a little bit better every week.” WATCH:

Or maybe there truly are no good people in politics.
Likely.
I don’t think that when big money is paying your bills you get to decide who you associate with. One would hope that folks would figure out that the Bushes are the kiss of death.
“Or maybe there truly are no good people in politics.”
Yikes.
There are tons of truly good people paying close attention to politics.
Which is probably why what you say is true.
“Or maybe there truly are no good people in politics.”
I think many politicians get in to the game as good people. After that, it’s a matter of how long it takes for corruption to set in.
Only this time they got George Costanza, of Seinfeld fame.
...and Trump rolls around with Romney (Ronna McDaniel)
Marc Simone? A lower tier radio host is the source of this information? I find it suspect. All I know is that DeSantis is deconstructing woke culture and its foothold in Florida’s schools at light speed.
RD is a great governor here, but if he’s tied to the Bushes (whom I voted for!)... not good.
I believe the same thing. Look at local small town politics. You get a person for Sheriff that goes in a good person with all of the right ideas. If they are good when they go in, they are corrupt when they come out. All it takes is giving a favor to one important person or group and you are corrupted forever. It never goes away.
How would he know?
It’s not an “admission”; it’s his opinion.
His opinion very well may be correct. But he’s no inside man.
Also, the Rinos have said horrible things about DeSantis. They’d back some squish.
Anyone who thinks the Bush/Rove/Neocon wing of the Republican Party is going to go away quietly is totally misguided, they will never go away and will back anyone who they think can damage or defeat Trump
Are they involved with DeSantis ?? I’m sure in someway they are if for no other reason than to damage Trump

DeSantis did not get the message, stale old politicians are a problem. They made a corrupt nest and it’s time to clean up.
I wouldn’t vote for anyone connected to bushes or Cheney. Yuck
The hate for Trump sure speaks loud... their nest has been invaded.
It’s their last chance for the DS to try and takedown MAGA. Somewhere I read there is a Soros piece to this puzzle.
The people at Conservative Treehouse are so inept that their original version of the is article described Mark Simone as an “insider political consultant.” LOL.
The Bushes and Cheneys may not go away, but if I find out they are supporting someone, that someone won’t get my vote.
Yep, there’s no verification or anything but innuendo from this guy and as usual this blogger sundance trying to twist it into more than it is and magnify it
As far as I am concerned the misrepresentations and lies say more about them than anything to do with DeSantis
I tend to agree, however wait until that info is verified as the article posted here is absolutely unreliable
One thing you can say is that Bush won a consecutive election. Last republican to do so.
