Butler County, Pennsylvania has terminated its designation as a “sanctuary county” for illegal aliens.
County officials announced the move on Tuesday, prompting Butler’s prison board to announce that it will now accept Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainers that include a warrant.
“Borders don’t count, anymore,” Pennsylvania State Rep. Stephanie Scialabba (R) said Friday in an interview with “Fox & Friends First,” when she was asked why the sanctuary issue was even a concern for a county located so far from the southwest border. …

Sorry..I have no sympathy for stupid people who vote in even dumber people who make stupid policy that destroys their town or county. I live in such a county and I cheer when a leftist is murdered by an illegal immigrant or gets robbed.
Me too. Too bad Senators and Congressmen aren’t victims of illegals. They might feel the pain that so many other Americans are going through.

This isn’t a liberal county. It was sanctuary in name only after some federal judge made a ruling. Then it got listed on a website as a sanctuary. They have been trying to change it ever since. It never was a sanctuary. Voted Trump 70%

If proclaiming a sanctuary was correct moral right and just then how come it ain’t correct moral right and just anymore?

Butler County? IIRC, that is a red county. Who got them to be a sanctuary county?

Didn’t the Marthas claim that they were misunderstood and that they meant their vinyard was a “bird sanctuary” shortly after some “refugeez” came from out of nowhere to enrich their lives?
I see they will now accept ICE detainers on illegals. That would mean they did not accept ICE detainers. Hence, sanctuary county. Butler it is.
It got written down that was what the policy was, but that was not what their policy in practice was and it was removed.
