France Yellow Vests Week 221: From Pensions To Ukraine Macron's "Nuclear Options", Paris Protest Opposes Mainstream Media Propaganda

As the largest crowds yet took to the streets Tuesday objecting to President Emmanuel Macron's pension reform scheme, Macron moved in another direction talking Ukraine and saying additional options were possible like warplanes.

Many see more weapons for Ukraine as having the potential to lead to "World War Three" with nuclear weapons a possibility.

But back in France when it comes to pensions Mr. Macron has a 'nuclear option' to force through his 'pension reform' proposal.

It's the use of Article 49.3 of France's 1958 Constitution (The Fifth Republic) one of the many strong powers dictated by Charles de Gaulle for France's president as conditions for his assumption of the office.

Article 49.3 allows a French president to approve legislation without approval by the National Assembly...

Following this week's massive strikes-protests (2.8 million demonstrating according to organizers, 1.272 million according to the government) 2/3 of those polled support continuing the protests-strikes...

In Paris on Saturday afternoon the protesters again gathered with many wearing Yellow Vests and a host of protest banners.

“Article 49.3 allows a French president to approve legislation without approval by the National Assembly...” If that is true, it is the very definition of tyranny: taxation without representation.

It’s possible under the strong French presidency and if there is impeachment allowed under certain circumstances the National Assembly approves it.

But the judiciary tries the case against the President of France.
