Seriously,would you wear any garment with the words ‘Brown Power or Brown anything on it? These people really do need to think what the word brown evokes in the minds of most of us.

Caldwell. We had a family friend who was a Canyon County Sheriff’s Deputy 40+ years ago and worked out of Caldwell. There were migrant worker enclaves in Caldwell where the police didn’t even want to go back then. I grew up in Nampa, just a few short miles away.

The Caldwell Police Department said in a statement that detectives think graffiti was not “motivated by hate”Wrong Wrong Wrong!!! It was designed to stir up hate against whites and to stir up racial division. That by definition is hate speech.
