Eerie footage out of Washington, D.C. foreshadows what is soon coming to all of America: a social credit system that will require shoppers to scan their QR code to shop for goods.
A concerned shopper showed an array of QR code scanners lining the entrance of the Whole Foods in D.C., lamenting that she doesn’t want a QR code to shop for necessities.
“So, basically you cannot go into the Whole Foods Market in Washington, D.C. unless you scan your own QR code, and they track everything you’re doing. This is the future of all grocery stores,” she said, adding “I’m going to have to boycott Whole Foods.”
Pardon my lack of technical expertise, but where does one obtain this QR code that seems to be required to exit the Whole Food$?
or milked.
These are important so that our communist masters can be sure that we are being very good serfs...
“I’m thinking is theft reduction.”
Thats the cover story. They’ve been so lax on prosecuting theft in recent years to set up for this.
That might be less of a problem if the items were price tagged as they used to be.
Now it is apparently assumed that you have unlimited funds and do not need or want to compare or track prices.
I don’t do any of the cell-phone stuff for discounts, ordering food, or anything. At least 99% of the time I don’t carry a cell phone, anyway.
This is how the Government will make us slaves.
Since they took over our entire medical system, under that rubric, they will only allow you to purchase what they tell you. They will shove Bill Gates’ fake meat and the bugs on us and not let anybody purchase anything without permission.
To ensure your carbon footprint nears zero (while theirs remains unrestricted) they will track your movement/travel and force you to use that QR code to pass through checkpoints. If you do not do what they say and stay home they will stop you from eating and also the government will not just lock your bank account but take your balance as a penalty to ensure you may never disobey them again.
My guess is you have an app on your phone and scan the items in your basket as you add them, then when you leave you scan the QR Code generated by the app that contains the list of your purchases for charging against your social credit score... I mean credit card.
The left, the defund the police, the open borders, seem to be the opposite of your statement.
Also, never let a crisis go to waste. I sympathize with merchants suffering shoplifting. The left is pushing this so it is not what this is about.
I don’t see how this is substantially different from other stores with “members only” policies.
And your purchases are already being tracked if you use a “rewards card” at the checkout of your regular grocery store, as most people do.
“It may also be to ensure the customer has enough money in the bank. “
How do they know in advance which of seven banks, multiple accounts at each, stimmie card, credit cards, or even which wallet I was intending to use?
Looking at the pic it looks like these are set up for payment when you leave.
Or EBT, if they accept it.
I agree with you on ordering food or viewing the menu via QR codes, but I do use the QR code to pay the bill versus giving my credit card to the waitress who then disappears with it for a few minutes.
You can either get a rewards card under a false name, or swap cards with your friends from time to time.

this article is a total misrepresentation of the QR code at Whole Food. It’s optional. If you want to use their QR app, you can use it in place of a credit card or cash to buy things.
Cash only trail goes cold.
I can see how some changes would make it easier for some people. Not me tho.
The long term plan will do exactly what it is intended to do!
Destruction of decent uncontrollable societies.
Immoral acts are okayed. Humanity is in big trouble.
You all know what I’m talking about. Faster control!
We’re on the road to destruction.
