People who have received mRNA Covid vaccines are at least twice as likely to be infected with the coronavirus as unvaccinated people, according to two new papers from researchers in Indiana and Ohio.
Worse, the newer of the two studies, which covered Omicron this fall, found risk actually rises with the number of shots.
People who had received three or more shots were more than three times as likely to be infected as those who hadn’t received any.
For people who have been vaccinated - especially those who have received a third or fourth shot - the papers will make for disturbing reading. They suggest vaccinated people may have few good options to protect themselves from infection should a more virulent variant of Omicron emerge. (results paywalled for 72 hrs)
Schadenfreude.
But, getting the jab will make one much less likely to have a car accident.
You left out if they do have a car accident it won't be as bad as if they hadn't got the shot.
The section above the paywall didn’t cite the exact studies or who and where they came from... so, ‘grain of salt’ etc...

All of my relatives that got the (mandated) shot are sicker than the ones that didn’t. I realize it’s anecdotal evidence but it convinces me I made the right decision and not get it. I have natural immunity now anyway. I got Covid early on but didn’t know it. I spent a day in bed weak but that was all. The next day I was fine.
Of which I take a peculiar pleasure in the misery they brought so arrogantly onto themselves.
Did anyone notice that the Title and first sentence of this article are completely false?
He totally misrepresented what the studies actually said with both?
Look at the first sentence:

That’s NOT what the studies said. Totally different.
The studies compared unvaccinated people WHO PREVIOUSLY HAD COVID versus vaccinated people who never got it.
I’m very anti-vax but this is sloppy as hell for a guy who thinks and writes on this subject prominently
I’ve known a lot of people who got the vaccine and then later on got COVID. Sometimes more than once.
I am not aware of anyone who skipped the vaccine, got COVID, recovered, and got it a second time. It seems to me that COVID provides real natural immunity against future illness. And the vaccine makes future infection more likely.
Purely anecdotal, but everyone I know that’s gotten COVID has been fully jabbed and boosted. Some friends that refused the ‘vaccine’ haven’t yet been sick.
Three family members with all their shots up to date have come down with Covid, two of them hit especially hard.
I’ve had like three mild colds in the past two years.
I got the J&J which at least isn’t an RNA vaxx. I have no idea if I ever had Covid... I have a lot of allergies so near always feel like I have a head cold... haven’t had any fevers...

We have friends who have received multiple doses of the Pfizer and got Covid twice in 4-5 months, yet they keep boosting. Guess we'll have to see how it plays out in the end.

Please remember, one does not maintain an expense. One removes an expense from their P&L whenever possible. And now that the voting seems to be done by mail and doesn’t actually need to be cross checked, the need for your presence is not necessary.
This is the guy who went on Tucker early in the pandemic and said taking the vaxx after you had the virus could lead to out of control replication of the spike protein. After he was on Tucker he was banned by every social platform on the planet and those out there in other worlds.
I bowed out when they went to the first booster. J&J was supposed to be ‘one shot and you’re good.’ Didn’t take three months before they started pushing a booster for that one too.
No vaccines. No note for work because he said we had already been sick for five days and it wouldn't do anyone any good.
I asked if I needed to tell my employer and he said "why would you do that?" Great doctor.
one and done was obviously a lie from the beginning.
you cannot vaccinate vs a coronavirus and get any lasting benefit. not even talking about using unapproved technology platforms to achieve this. decades ago in jr high I asked about vaxing for the cold and the basic answer was the set of viruses making up colds mutate too fast.
nothing has changed as far as that goes.
including original alpha in the bivalent is insanity.
