Robert F. Kennedy Jr. accused the CIA of murdering his uncle, President John F. Kennedy, in a tweet on December 16, 2022. He called the JFK assassination a “successful coup d’etat.”

“The most courageous newscast in 60 years. The CIA’s murder of my uncle was a successful coup d’état from which are democracy has never recovered,” RFK Jr. wrote, sharing a broadcast by Fox News’ host Tucker Carlson

He was definitely there which is why I hated the respect given to Poppy when he passed. Even Barbara Bush made a dishonest alibi in handwriting for George so she knew damn well all along.

Bush made two clear false alibis (one done by his wife).

Mark shaw’s book on these “suicides” and the JFK assassination are very good. This is all one big enraveled story, really.

The bombshell is that the NSA continues essentially to cover up for the perpetrators, whomever they might be

There's a rumor a room exists in the CIA where all the truth sits... the truth about Castro and Iran and the Moon landing and the mob working with the old USSR and organized crime. We'll never know.

Yes. The top of the fence was at the level of Aaron Zapruder’s feet. He could look right don from 15 feet away. If someone was shooting a rifle from there, Aaron and his secretary would have seen and heard the shot. They testified they saw and heard nothing.

This is from “Center for a Free Cuba”:

Key members of the Kennedy and Johnson Administrations believed that Havana had used Oswaldo to get rid of President Kennedy.

On November 29, 1963 in a phone call with President Lyndon Baines Johnson, J. Edgar Hoover, the director of the FBI revealed Oswald’s links with the Castro regime. “This angle in Mexico is giving us a great deal of trouble because the story is they have this man Oswald getting $6500 from the Cuban Embassy and then coming back to this country with it.”

Politico in 2014 reported, “White House aide Joseph Califano, who was part of the anti-Castro plotting, said he was convinced that ‘Robert Kennedy experienced this unbelievable grief after his brother’s death because he believed it was linked to his—Bobby’s—efforts to kill Castro.’”

In 1968, Johnson told ABC reporter Howard K. Smith that “Kennedy was trying to get to Castro, but Castro got him first.”

“We know Oswald had an iron clad alibi.

He was on the second floor of the school depository getting change for a dollar from a fellow employee so he could buy soda.”

And what’s his alibi for when he made his fake ID, and when he used that fake ID to purchase the rifle, and his alibi for when witnesses saw him carrying the rifle to work that day in a brown paper wrapper?

Oswald was up to his neck in what happened that day, no matter what else stinks about the whole story.

“Does anyone other than Congress have the legal authority to nullify or disobey this mandate? The President?”

The President has the ultimate authority over classifications and Congress can’t overrule that no matter what “records collection” acts they pass. So if the President doesn’t want something released, it’s not getting released.

“On the Manson case it took him 9 months to get a murder conviction.”

And he had one suspect who flat out confessed and a couple other accomplices who turned state’s evidence.

The only hard part of that prosecution was that the witnesses who could implicate Charlie were all dirty drugged out and brainwashed hippies. Probably took a few months just to clean them up to make some of them presentable as witnesses.

“when he was never at either of the crime scenes”

Manson was at the LaBianca murders.

Oswald was handled by the Director of Counterintelligence for the CIA, James Angleton.

Oswald followed his orders.

“...or does it become independent matter, which the limo then drives out from under?”

Well we know that is absolutely impossible according to the laws of physics. If you are inside a train car and drop a ball, it doesn’t fall backwards (from your perspective), it falls straight down, because it has the same inertia as everything else on the train.

“suggesting a lone gunman figured out how to get into the school book depository building”

Well, that part at least was easy since Oswald worked at the TSBD.

True and how and why did Oswald get a job that miraculously was right in the path of JFK’s motorcade, I don’t believe in coincidences.

BTW, have you ever seen a co-worker sneak a rifle into work one day ??

Then after shooting the POTUS, he managed to flee the seen only to be caught the same day at a movie theater.

Logic would tell you that if you just shot the POTUS and managed to escape the scene, you would flee into hiding, but Oswald remained and remained in public view.

How did the police know to start looking for Oswald that quickly?

It’s come out that the FBI knew all about Oswald and his background but never notified the Secret Service.

Did the FBI know Oswald was going to kill Kennedy, I doubt it but it’s odd they knew he was in Dallas and did nothing.

“The best reading of the evidence as to Oswald’s trip to Mexico is that the assassination plot was constructed so that Oswald was induced to go to Mexico to meet with Soviet spies and officials in the hope of getting approved for residence in Cuba. After the assassination, Oswald’s Mexican trip provided an effective way to convince the Warren Commission and the larger American intelligence community that a cover up of the proof of a conspiracy was essential to averting a nuclear confrontation with the USSR.”

The Mexico trip, Oswald’s one man “Fair Play For Cuba” committee operation, his radio debate with the anti-Castro activists, and his asking for a noted communist lawyer after his arrest... all of those things add up to one of two conclusions for me. Either:

a) Oswald was a very unsuccessful communist

or

b) Oswald was a fairly successful communist impersonator (sheep dipped)

“Oswald moves to New Orleans and becomes involved in the Fair Play for Cuba organization in which he appears to be the only member - and once again, coincidentally, has his office downstairs from the local FBI field office.”

Not quite. His office was is the same building as Guy Bannister’s office, but Bannister was a former (retired) FBI agent. It was his office as a “private detective” (which some have speculated was actually a CIA field office). Oswald may actually have been operating out of this exact office too, not downstairs. The building had addresses on 2 different cross streets and the address that Oswald used may have been the alternate address for Bannister’s office. But I’ve never seen anyone settle that point for certain.

“True and how and why did Oswald get a job that miraculously was right in the path of JFK’s motorcade, I don’t believe in coincidences.”

Funny thing is, it wasn’t in the path of the motorcade when Oswald got the job there. The motorcade’s path was changed after Oswald was already working at the depository.

So either it’s a very lucky coincidence for Oswald, or someone in the government intentionally changed the motorcade route in order for Oswald to be able to take advantage of his position.

“How did the police know to start looking for Oswald that quickly?”

That is a good question. I believe there was a description matching Oswald out on the Dallas PD radio almost immediately, but I don’t think they named Oswald as a suspect they were looking for. Officially they just went to the movie theater to look into a report of a “suspicious character”, then booked him for assaulting a police officer, and having found his revolver, had probable cause to suspect him of the murder of Tippett. And once they found his fake ID they could tie him to the rifle they found in the TSBD. But I’ve never seen a credible explanation of where they got that initial description from. I think the speculation is that one of the witnesses who claimed to have seen a shooter in the 6th floor window gave that description to the police, but how you identify someone in a dark window 6 floors up with any precision is a mystery to me.
