“Virtually, any car repair has a video on YouTube.”
I’m restoring a 57 Bel Air, a 67 Camaro and a 48 Chevy pickup. I’ve found videos on how to install an oil filter adapter on my Camaro (get rid of old style cannister), to replacing bearings and gears on my 1948 HO52 Chevy truck differential. Replacing my covertible top next. And lots more. Impossible before.

Not only value, but the correct tool to buy to get the job done. Which is the key to making the job simple. The right tool.
Virtually anything I do now, if I have never done it before I check to see if there is a YouTube video before proceeding.

Yep, my next project is suspended ceilings in the basement, the videos are invaluable.

I assembled a Deer hunting tree stand in late October. The directions were not that great. About half way through I got confused on how to proceed. I watched two different YouTube videos on how to put it together and finished the job.

Rent a laser level for a day.Yep, I think the one I have will work. It's only a two liner but I can get it to work. for the wall L supports. What really helped me was how to box in the support beams.

Brilliant move, I believe he should also do search (Google) and social/pix like Facebook/Instagram. Just throw a monkey wrench in the whole junta. I also think I remember him saying something vaguely like this recently - A Big App. He will soon be the richest man on the planet again.

I like it. YouTube built its fortune off a large amount of pirated content, and now spits out random "woke" ads as well as "woke" (un)related vid links.

I am part of a group of thousands of creators on YT focusing on hobbies and family friendly interests. We are in search of a platform that will provide opportunity to grow based on our targets interests rather than YTs algorithm.

Twitter has something called Public Lists. People can join lists that fit a category they are interested in, such as meterology or woodworking. I can see some potential there.

"Yesssssssssss! So sick of YouTube censorship."
YouTube may cancel political videos they disagree with, and that is a bad thing. But I am grateful to YouTube for the many operas, operettas, and classical music that I have downloaded and continually enjoy. Is Twitter going to be such a source of joy? If so, I will join. They have a long way to catch up.

I enjoy certain podcasts, music and DIY on you-tube. I would never get politics there so I’ve never experienced censoring of my enjoyment.
