Unfortunately the McCain cabal in charge of Maricopa has confirmed they will certify prior to the hearing the same day.

I would love to see this delayed, this was a major criminal endeavor with many reported and documented crimes.

If they do steal it, may they reap all of the benefits of a House Divided, good and hard.

Maricopa County Replies to Arizona AG's Demand for Information, Vows to Certify Election Monday. The county has not responded, however, to a subpoena issued by Arizona Senate Government Committee Chair Sen. Kelly Townsend that was issued Nov. 22.

Interesting that the letter to Maricopa was from the assistant AG and not from Brnovich himself.

Brnovich is a sore loser RINO who railed against "election deniers" when he lost his primary for Senate. He did nothing to confront the 2020 fraud, which is why he lost his primary.

RINOs refuse to see logic, even when it is in their own interest. Brnovich could be a hero if he would vigorously prosecute the election day fraud against Kari Lake. It would set him up to be the republican nominee for Senator in 2024 against Sinema.

But nooooo. RINOs can't get past their TDS. Brnovich isn't going to lift a finger to do anything to help Kari Lake -- the law be damned.

It would be curious to see what the AZ Senate would look like without the 2022 election results certified on Jan. 1st. If enough county election boards refuse to certify the election and go into hiding, the election can't be certified. Then the Uniparty will attempt to compel certification through a writ of mandamus. If those people resist until Jan. 1, things get very interesting.

There is absolutely no way that the Left will concede the Arizona election to Republicans. The local officials are under strict orders from the Left to do whatever is necessary to keep the steal. The GOP knows this, their silence confirms it.

I find it hard to believe that folks that work for one county can do this to the entire state and either the Governor, AG, nor legislature can do anything about it.

Why have a state? Why have statewide offices and those elected to them if one county can do what they want?

Interesting that courts have seemed to have so much power and jurisdiction over anything they want and yet they can’t seem to intervene in any of this.

And, at the end of they day the people…..government of the people, by the people, for the people….have no say in anything, apparently.
