Federal prosecutors are pressuring key Trump aides to testify against the former president in the Mar-a-Lago raid case.
According to the New York Times, prosecutors are pressuring Kash Patel, a Trump loyalist, and Walt Nauta, the Trump aide who moved boxes at Mar-a-Lago, to testify.
Biden’s corrupt Justice Department is building an obstruction case against Trump based on his aides moving boxes of his presidential records after the former president received a subpoena for the classified documents stored at Mar-a-Lago.
According to leaks to the Washington Post and New York Times, Trump staffers moved Mar-a-Lago boxes AFTER Trump was issued a subpoena in May.
According to The Washington Post, The New York Times and the Wall Street Journal, the claim from Trump’s worker is corroborated by security footage.
The Wall Street Journal identified the second staffer in recent weeks.
“The aides, Walt Nauta and Will Russell, are witnesses in the Justice Department’s investigation into the handling of presidential and classified records taken from the White House but aren’t formally cooperating with the probe,” The Wall Street Journal reported citing “people familiar with the matter.”
Federal prosecutors may use different tactics to get their testimonies.
Feds may offer them immunity, charge them, offer them cooperation agreements or just give up, the Times reported.

At some point a higher court is going to have to step in and stop this witch hunt. These people have tunnel vision and cannot see past “getting Trump”. Cooler heads would see that these same rules can be used against the left in the future.
Most would say, “oh, the GOPe would never do that”. That is true, but it appears more true conservatives are going to be elected this year. The wishy-washy “go alongs” just might find them no longer in charge and the ones calling the shots.

Were there obstruction charges against Hillary for destroying 33000 emails after a subpoena was filed ? I am trying to remember.
So since the case is going to be obstruction and not treason for the documents themselves - we can all see how fruitless this all has been. As you point out ,obstruction via moving boxes from one place to another in the house, possibly at the request of the government, is really reaching.
Won’t matter, the left will stop Trump from running “no matter what”.
It is becoming clear that our Federal Government is flat out evil and a greater danger to freedom than any foreign adversary.
We are watching the Department of Justice being used as a political persecution arm and it’s all done under the guise of being legal. This is a total ridiculous investigation of charges that no one would ever harass a former president with except we are now beginning to live in some kind of evil Banana Republic.

this committee assumes that they have something that would harm trump...and we call that fishing...after almost two years. their case against trump is half a.. backwards. what is noticeable is that they waited until after the mar a lago raid to subpeona him...he should have been the first to get a subpeona...being the primary witness.
